Tim Hortons

Went to Tim's this morning for some breakfast and got the 'Dream Nutella donut' and while I was eating it a piece of plastic was inside of the nutella center.nnI've never had issues with Tim's until now and am very frustrated with this experience.

We placed an order at the kiosk in-store for 2 medium hot chocolate drinks. After waiting more than 10 minutes with no drinks in sight, we asked about the order. Many other customers had come and gone. Clearly, the order hadn't even been seen nor started. After another number of minutes, the drinks were ready. I understand busy, but they really weren't. Clearly, organized is not something they can be accused of.

Been living near this Tim Hortons for 15 years and the service is absolutely abysmal. I want be going there any longer. Every time I've gone, I waited a ridiculous amount of time for my order. Been asked constantly, while waiting for my order, if I wad waiting for anything. Of on several occasions been asked by the staff how to make certain menu options. They are also routinely out of stock of basic items like croissants.nnATA: Dear owner.nnI will not be wasting further time on a location that can't properly manage themselves. It's been 15vyears and not a single visit has gone well.

The Tim Hortons at 2970 Carling Avenue is always incredibly slow serving in-person customers. I am a frequent customer here and every time I walk in, I wait at least 10 minutes for my order, which typically consists of 1-2 drinks. This is also true for orders made on the kiosk. The staff are always unapologetic for their slow service. There also seems to be a lack of organization. There are always several employees working, but most of them are focused on the drive thru or mopping the floor, even when there is a huge line up of customers. It makes no sense.
