Tim Hortons

Ordered two xl tripple tripple coffees and after realizing the cream was chunky and gone bad. I turned around and went back to this coffee shop ask them to remake my coffee. The tenant working 4 AM shift told me that she had no more cream. It would be better if she could just make the two coffees black with three sugar in each I said fine. I’ll stir it up when I get home.nBut when I actually got home with the black coffees and stirred them up, there was a half inch of disgusting coffee grounds in both cups. After making several complaints to the store manager, who is completely rude brushed everything off like it was my fault and then told me I was wrong and hung up.

I have read the other reviews, and I think the service has improved. I always get quick, friendly service. My suggestion is that the receipt ink/paper be changed more often because the last few times I can't even read the digits on the receipt. Most times all the digits in the survey code are not completely visible because the ink is so faint. Don't send me to fill out a form like you have suggest to the others who have posted comments. Thank you.

I never write reviews but I will here. I don't know what's going on over there lately but it's gone seriously down hill. I guess the 20 minutes fresh thing doesn't exist anymore, because if you go at night the coffee is so terrible I couldn't even drink it on more than one occasion. I don't know whats wrong with it but it doesn't even taste like coffee. It's like they reused the grinds and then left it sitting on the burner for an hour. Every errand around town used to start with a coffee pit stop here, I don't bother anymore. Too inconstant, and when it's bad, man it's bad.

The only reason one star is because there's no way not to. In all honesty its the cold air being blown out the HVAC system ITS WINTER in CANADA, turn the air-conditioning OFF. Spend some of your wealth we gave you and turn ON the heat. As for your employees NOBODY Canadians speak HINDI, so maybe while at work they could speak English or French official Languages spoken in Canada because all we hear is NOISE, Hindi thats all we hear. This is no longer Tims Hortons we are beginning to call it TIM HINDI. thank you but McDonald's still carries the Maple Leaf and in reality there right there across the road. Spend your money wisely Canada Please support businesses that support CANADA. AS WELL, Five persons walked in with FOOD from another restaurant, Pizza, McDonald's sat down in front of all and ate. Not a penny spent on the restaurant for the washroom, Lights, napkins or heat what little heat there is.. Asked the store manager if it was ok to order from another restaurant and have it delivered to the back door so you or your staff could bring it to my table? SHE SAID YES thats ok I'll just need your name. I think I'LL spend my money somewhere else and bring it with me to Tim's It's OK she has said Store manager from Tim Hindi.

Couldn't believe when I got to the drive thru window, the server told me she was paying for my order. She told me Tim's pays for orders some times. Such kindness made my day and greatly appreciated. Thank
