This location tends to add items to your bill without you noticing. Better ask for a receipt everytime! I brought this to their attention once before but it keeps happening. Then they get mad at you for sitting at the window until they correct it.nAlso no point in buying your donuts from this location either, looks like they smear the fondant on with their fingers.

The Tim Hortons at 1259 Stittsville Main St is hands down the best! The staff here are always friendly, polite, and super quick, even during the morning rush. My coffee is always fresh, my order is always correct, and the food tastes great every time. The place is clean, well-organized, and you can tell the team takes pride in their work. This location has definitely become my go-to spot highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of being served by Ravimder at Tim Hortons, and I must say, she is an absolute gem! She greeted me with a warm smile and provided exceptional customer service. Despite the busy rush, she remained patient, efficient, and friendly. My order was prepared perfectly, and her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. It’s always a pleasure to see someone who genuinely enjoys their job and treats customers with kindness. Thank you, Ravinder, for making my every visit a great experience! Ordered two xl tripple tripple coffees and after realizing the cream was chunky and gone bad. I turned around and went back to this coffee shop ask them to remake my coffee. The tenant working 4 AM shift told me that she had no more cream. It would be better if she could just make the two coffees black with three sugar in each I said fine. I’ll stir it up when I get home.nBut when I actually got home with the black coffees and stirred them up, there was a half inch of disgusting coffee grounds in both cups. After making several complaints to the store manager, who is completely rude brushed everything off like it was my fault and then told me I was wrong and hung up.

Sloppiest crew member I have ever seen, they don't know to make even proper cream cheese toast bagel. It's just bagel very very less creame, it's good to have fun when working but it can't be the whole, the owner should of this branch should advise the sloppiest crew member to focus when preparing a order, may 29 9:57 am please advice those particular time crew member.
