I really want to share some well-deserved recognition for an employee named Kiran at this location. The day before my visit, I had an order made by another employee that was completely wrong, which was really disappointing.nWhen I came back, Kiran completely turned my experience around. She went above and beyond to make things right, showing so much genuine care and kindness. She personally took the time to ensure our drinks were made absolutely perfectly, but more importantly, she made sure we left the store with big smiles on our faces and feeling truly cared for. It’s rare to find that level of wonderful customer service these days. Thank you so much, Kiran—you truly made our day!

Excellent customer service! The staff were friendly, courteous, and quick to help. My order was accurate, and the overall experience was great. Highly recommend this Tim Hortons location.

ignore mike lapointe. i watched him write his review. it was newer employees, they were absolutely lovely, if you need quick service, don’t go during the busiest part of the day . the 2 guys at the cash were so friendly and chatty, it was some of the nicest service i’ve had in a long time at fast food

I visited the Stittsville main location on June 8 evening Reetu provided me with excellent service with a smile, friendly, caring and respectful and make sure that I received my order correctly. Everything is fresh , the place kept clean. Good location to visit.
