This location is pretty but doesn't seem practical.nnThere were 2 employees working. One is working cash, taking orders and keeping the flow of customers paying.nnThis would mean the other is running between fulfilling orders, drive through, online orders and Prep, packages and ensuring all elements used to accomplish this are ready condition . You are going to be waiting a very long time, and with pretty bad/sad characters. As the people around you are, for a most part, in the same situation and fed up.nnI'm sure there are some sort of staffing issues with stores like Tim's. But that says something to the owners of these stores.nnThe problem with that is, obviously that they just don't care, less money for workers equals more money for owners.nnSo stop. Everyone needs to just stop going and cite the need for accurate, proficient, tasty, fresh, safe and prompt service. If the company is open then basic service should solve this.

Currently, this location is at the very westerly end of the LRT construction zone. If you are approaching it on Richmond Road from the west, you cannot turn straight into, but instead need to continue on until Woodruff where you can then turn into the construction detour and reach the storennIf you use the drive-thru, when you exit you must turn left regardless of whether you are turning east or west, and then turn right shortly thereafter to pick your direction of travel. Exiting from the opposite side of the parking lot, you drive straight out to the stop sign across the end of the westbound detour route, where you then turn east or westnnEntering the store, there are NO power-assisted barrier-free doors to enternnOnce inside, there are TWO self-serve electronic stations where you are supposed to be able to place your order. I only tried one of them, and it did NOT work, so I ordered the old-fashioned way - at the counternnWhere, right now, the store is at the very western end of the LRT construction zone, it remains a peaceful location where you can enjoy a sit-down in the store. However, it does remain to be seen whether or not this remains the case as construction moves west

Your standard Timmie’s. Out of 10 orders here they’ll mess up once or twice which is better than a lot of places. Only thing I can really comment on is the pizza here is horrible. I feel bad for the workers making this because it’s time consuming for them, and the end product was not good. Go here for coffee, donuts, and wraps if you want quick foods.

One of the better Tim's locations. Very friendly staff, and I've never had to wait too long for my mobile order it's usually ready before I even get in the restaurant. I can probably count on one hand how many mistakes they've made with my orders over the past decade.

So last week I purchased coffee like I always do. I had to use the washroom and the sink was covered in scum all it would take is z good scrubbing . I let the manager know ÿs properly as the sink isn't as bad but some iof that same soap scum is in the sink so if that's the cleanliness level they have I won't be purchasing again from that tn¹
