I have mixed feelings about this café.nnThe first time I went there they had just opened, and the atmosphere was upscale and modern, with well spaced-out comfortable seating. The food and drinks were excellent, and the service was friendly.nnToday, the parking was packed and indoors the space felt over-crowded with tables so close to each other that you have no privacy for personal conversations. The food and drinks were excellent, but the service was dry and borderline unfriendly. Not sure if the staff had a bad day or they're not used to working on a busy day, but bad service impacts the whole customer experience and makes people think twice about coming back.nnAlso, it's a bit weird that you tip, but you're expected to clear your own table!

I took an XL Earl Grey tea. It was relatively crowded. Good cozy vibes. Location near uOttawa is well spotted. Local coffee shop different from large franchisee.

This coffee shop is always busy! It's super pretty inside - and their drinks are really good! Great spot to meet up and catch up with friends, or come to study.

We tried the Cappuccino with caramel, a Mocha made with oat milk and the cheesecake. All were delicious, expertly made, and reasonably priced. The sandwiches looked amazing, I’m excited to try one the next time I go!

This restaurant has stunning interior design surrounded with floor-to-ceiling windows and tall reception counter. I ordered an extra large latte and a cup of tiramisu. Compared with a normal latte, this extra large latte is made of double shot espresso with extra milk foam. The espresso base tastes good. The staff nicely reminded me that the tiramisu contains alcohol.
