The staff at Ottawa are always friendly and efficient, even during busy hours. Whether it’s grabbing a quick breakfast sandwich or a mid-day pick-me-up, it’s my go-to spot. Affordable, consistent, and always satisfying!

Nice little cafe, with fast service, great coffee, and clean toilets. Their Lemon Poppyseed Cheesecake Muffins are amazing. There is plenty of free parking around the place. No drive-thru.

I'm aware that the staff works very hard and they're usually busy. But, when someone ask for extra lettuce and not too much sauce with potato wedges...I wish I could get just that but instead I got the opposite and not much potato wedges. Its uncomfortable checking my orders but...oh well. Hang in there staff, do your best but please try to get my order right like before

Tuesday morning 7:25 server behind cash did not allow for me to get my points, does not smile, could tell did not want to be there and ignored my request to get my points. Should not be serving public as gives bad image of store. My other experiences there were fine.
