Tim Hortons

Servers are pretty descent. Shop is tiny and has few tables and lines are long here due to main customers are construction workers, homeless are after bar/club quick bites. Paid Parking is at the side. See images for reference

Don’t order tea, they have broken my bag open the past 4 times in a row making it undrinkable.

Staff here needs to retrain on proper customer service. They got my fiancée order wrong and insisting that they are right and keep her waiting. Wrap and biscuit is different even when you pronounce when ordering. They are just rude talking in their language in front of customer while remaking the order. No apologies from them. Just so unprofessional. Really disappointed and i’m not coming back to this branch!

Okay tim Hortons looks like they keep on top of their food being fresh, service is good/average but they definitely have a problem with people tending to sleep in the store I saw one guy past out on the floor and another one asking people in the restaurant again and again for money and wasn't taking no for an answer while staff just continued like it was a normal day.

Too many homeless people around and camping inside the shop. Also the staff typically does a terrible job doing anything except for a few I've seen enough times to tell that they make or break the experience. You can only really get coffee here because the staff doesn't know how to do a good job whatsoever.
