I purcahsed 4 smile cookies and 2 medium iced Capps today, May 2nd, 2024 at 1517 hrs, located at 525 Somerset street west. One of the smile cookies had a sad face. This is disrespectful to the people and the cause. My purchase was for a smile cookie, not a sad face cookie. Despite me not ever commenting about the extremely slow service considering all the amount of staff that work there, the coffee they make is hardly ever stirred, the iced capp cups are sometimes cracked, the orders are often wrong or not made at all, a friendly reminder about orders placed are usually responded by from staff with attitude or lies about being busy. I am not happy about this location!
The slowest Tim Hortons ever. Closest one to my place so it's the one I go to and everyday, I wait 10 minutes for my order. I've even tried mobil orders, to give extra time before I get there, and still. 10 minutes. Staff is not well organized in what they are doing, they never know which orders have ben completed or not. The food is fine it's the usual for Tims. But Service and cleanliness of the place is so off compared to other Tims. Needs better structure for staff
It’s quite a unique experience. There is enough room to sit and have a snack and coffee. They seemed to be short staffed as only one and sometimes two were there. The manager at that time and Teressa was doing their best attending to the guests and making sure the products were served fresh and up to standard.
Ordered on UberEats. They were such a sweetheart to write me a note when the Maple Dip was out of stock.
They take orders without knowing if they have the product or not. I asked the cashier if they have farmers wrap. She replied yes and then they don’t have the wrap. Without informing they started making hash brown, which took them more than 10 mins. I asked them if I can substitute to make it faster. They told me the cashier didn’t ask the back counter and you have to wait because we started to make the hash brown. My break is 15 mins from work and it took me more than 15 mins to order and get my food. This is stupid.
