Literally just got a breakfast sandwich on a croissant,nIt was just thrown together, not cut to fit not toasted. Any other tim hortons i go to cuts it so the egg and sausage fit as well as toasts it, i had to use my hands to spilt it so it could fit. My beverage wasn't made correct. But to be honest it’s never made correctly when i visit this location! What do i mean about never made correctly? Well coffee sometimes doesn’t have the correct amount of sugar/cream, it’s old coffee, their’s coffee grounds in it, ice caps sometimes has a weird taste, hot chocolate is watery, ice coffee isn't stirred or missing cane sugar and i can keep going.. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this location, when you order a bagel with CC make sure you ask for a knife as the CC is in the middle and it isn't cut all the way!nHalf the staff is so miserable and rude.nI used to work at this location a very longtime ago and the past few years this place is going down hill….nI know the owner is amazing but seriously you need a revamp and need to retrain some of your staff or hire new ones.nnDay two visiting location, coffee not made properly, bagel not cut, cream cheese cc in other bagel mainly on one side like i said ask for a knife because you need to spread it yourself might as well just ask for it on the side and do it yourself. It’s not rocket science to spread cream cheese properly on a bagel a monkey can do it better!
I placed my order on the app to save time. I got to the store and there was a long line. So imagine that EVERYONE in line was being served while I was waiting for my food... when I tried to talk to someone I was almost yelled at to wait!!!!nnHonestly, I'll never set foot in a Tim Horton's again. I loved your English egg muffin, but I can get it elsewhere, always via an app and with a smile to boot!nnA word of advice: take care of your deplorable customer service! Just because your products are affordable, doesn't mean your customers are cheap, to be treated like that!
DO NOT WALK, RUNnAwful, never coming back ! We got iced caps from this location. The taste was very weird like a taste of expired cream. We got iced caps the day before and my friend ended up and having a stomach ache then vomiting. Now we know the cause of that.nnStaff was not helpful at all but very rude. When we told them the cream tasted expired they didn’t even look into it saying that it the cream looks “fine”.nnI think this is something that needs to be reported to the health department.
It has been my consistent experience these past couple of years that I am mistreated and provided poor service here as a woman, no matter what I do. If I go with a man, service is better. This is WRONG. My fadoodling dollars are worth as much as my husband's. The food generally sucks. Someone needs to call the staff together and remind them that in Canada, women are considered equal and need to be treated as equal clients. Gently, politely. This is a very busy location, people are tired, I get it, I too work hard & am often tired. Smarten up, guys. Word gets around.
I went to have a breakfast and I found egg shells in my sandwich as you see clearly in the posted picture and I ask kindly to make me another sandwich. I waited and waited and I ask if she is making my another one bit her answer was I am busy I will make it when I have a chance.nI compliment to the manager and she didn't seem to be care much so at thus point i asked if i can refund in order for her to give my refund for the coffee and sandwich she literally took my coffee to dump it.nShe she as least offered free coffee for the bad food and the behavior of her worker.nAbsolutely horrible place.
