Tim Hortons

I had just went into this location at 10:55 am, 07/31/24. First off not a great environment as there are lots of homeless people standing by the door and inside as well. I had ordered a bagel belt as a combo with a hasbrown and small chocolate milk. The cashier was tapping way too much on the screen making me think she was either new or didn’t know what she was doing. The screen showed that I was paying for a belt combo but when paying I knew I got overcharged but didn’t want to say anything. When I got my bag I left without checking, which was my mistake. As I got home I opened the bag and there was 2 belt sandwiches and no hasbrown. The belt sandwiches ONLY had sausage and egg, no lettuce or tomato which is very disappointing because that is NOT what a BELT sandwich is!!! Overall very upsetting and disappointing with this location. McDonald’s next door wouldn’t have done me like this!!

The men's washroom has been closed for cleaning for the past whole month. Surprising ISNT IT??

Treated my 86 year old father very poorly, Saturday November 23 at about 10:45am. He was yelled at and told that the other guy was first. My dad did not argue and the other guy said okay but the cashier yelled that it was not okay . The coffee was served with curdling cream, This is my first review. Would not complain but it was to a senior citizen my dadnRespect

Worste customer service. I was parked in a handicapped parking spot in a municipal parking lot to go to a neurologist appointment and I was told to move my vehicle for a delivery when the whole rest of the parking lot was open. Needless to say I am handicapped, I am a vetran and they were new Canadians. I did not move my vehicle as I had already payed for my parking and they were very rude. I hope this review makes it back to main headquarters so they know just who they have hired in their stores.

So restaurants have increased thier prices but give half the amount of food. Now Tim's large chili comes with have a bun. Truly pathetic! I will never wait my money at the location again.
