Tim Hortons

I have been going here for almost 10 years. Me and my son love the location. Coffee and bake goods are well served. I love to sit there with my son. Decorationn looks nice. I usually use mobile order to cut lines and they are always be ready when I arrive.

Busy people?nShort on Staff? Unorganized? Everyone busy to serve the drive through while forgetting and ignoring the client inside. It looks this is Tim's policy to treat badly and with disrespect their in person lients while over serving the drive through.nBTW their best features is their misrepresentation of product. The sandwiches that is shown on the menu is almost 8 inches while the one aerve to you is 4 inches same thing with their wraps.nThe only things that is matching their advertisement are their donuts.nI won't recommend Tim Horton anymore.

Hit or miss on drive thru depending on the time of day. One set of staff is great, the other set is a little hard of hearing. Usually miss an item, give your order a double check.

Amex not working in this location.nnAt first I pay my food, after waiting for 10 mins they said my card was declined as they did not accept Amex. But no one told me and I thought I was waiting for my food.nnExtremely long wait time. I waited for 25 mins for a sandwich and coffee

I usually take food from this location 5days in a week today I ordered toasted croissant and it’s literally Burt on one side and I asked with the employee she was cool and replied it’s toasted one . how can I eat then another employee came and she made new one . It’s not for hurting just my thoughts mistake is usual thing but it should be rectified or compensated to hold the customers …….
