The place is clearly not busy, and no customers are around. As we walked in, no one bothered to take our order. A friend or someone off their shift has to point out to the counter that there are people waiting.nIn addition, employees should learn proper customer service.
Located by Castlefield and Caledonia where the Lowes is. This was a very spacious Starbucks location, but I wished they had more seating. Lots of parking available which is a plus!
This has definitely become one of my favorite spots now. Just visited the store, the staff is amazing and courteous, especially the Tall, handsome fair guy with grey eyes who asked about my day in such a friendly manner. Great job, keep it up man U luk more like a model :-nThe place is wonderful, with plenty of interior space and a cozy exterior patio perfect for hanging out with friends on a sunny day. Wonderful drinks and prompt service. Thanks guys!
Since this location did their renovations, it looks so much more modern now! The staff are really nice and friendly, atmosphere is much more inviting, I have an issue with consistence when it comes to how drinks are made sometimes staff doesn’t always get is right or they taste off or they put too much of one ingredients not another- so far this location has done a great job with crafting the drinks right!! Bonus points for actually nailing the drinks! Will be coming back again!
Amazing staff, they always treat customers as a princess, if you don't know what you want to drink they will always recommend something good! Makes me feel special every time
