I hope the manager of this area can check the camera footage in the preparation area between 9 AM and 10:30 AM on October 13, 2024. Twice when I ordered coffee to-go, there were mistakes with the size. We ordered and paid for a large size but received a small one. The first time, the barista kindly remade our drinks, and we felt fine about it since the shop was busy.nnHowever, yesterday’s experience was extremely disappointing, affecting my family’s mood throughout our holiday trip. We ordered three coffees, following the recipe, two large and one small for my daughter. But when we received our drinks, there was only one large and two small. When I questioned it, the Indian barista took one of the small coffees, poured it into an empty large cup, added a lot of milk, stirred it, and handed it back to me. I was truly angry at such careless and sloppy service.nnFrom the moment I placed the order, I had a feeling something would go wrong. Before I even finished ordering and paying, the barista, since the shop wasn’t busy, rushed over to the ordering area, glanced at the order, and then started preparing it without waiting for me to complete the transaction to ensure the correct formula and sizes. Even a small difference in size changes the amount of ingredients needed.nnI am deeply dissatisfied with this level of service at this location.nnWould you like to make any adjustments or

My experience at this store was so amazing the team is so cheerful, welcoming with energetic. And my drink was so amazing in taste . We had a good loving chat too, planning to come every here now , one of my favourite store to come

All the staff here is so nice and understanding especially for me who is a first time customer at Starbucks. Chelsea is so nice there and is always so diligent and hardworking! She's definitely an amazing worker!

Slow service. Ive ordered 4 drinks and i came in the store waiting for my drink. Observing them how long it will take them to make my drinks. 15 minutes man! If i didnt went inside they wouldnt start with my order. I saw the matcha sitting in the blender for god knows how long and they’re chitchatting around. Not recommending this place especially if you’re coming to get coffee for work. Not worth it.

They don't respect the lineup. I ordered coffee, and four people who ordered and paid after me received their order while I am waiting. When I asked, they responded that's because the gusts were coming before me. Other services are great.
