Been coming here every morning for breakfast and with the new staff rolling in my orders are almost always messed up, i took 10min to explain to two guys this morning how to make a simply sausage on a 4-cheese bagel and they still managed to mess it up, they can’t even type it up properly as originally wanted to change me 11$ for a large coffee and a simply sausage, absolutely ridiculous, i should be the one to train people who work there.

Four people on drive through and 2 of the slowest hustle no energy people on the cash.nYou need to bring the hustle back and respect walkins. 15 - 20 minutes for service is unacceptable for any business
This Tim Hortons is extremely inefficient when it comes to serving customers inside. Very long lineups and waiting over 20 minutes for an order is not unusual. Staff can be quite surly at times. Just the other day they messed up our order handed us the wrong food.
A very well stocked location but it's because they don't actually serve customers.nnI arrived at 5:33 and at 5:41, although I'm the only customer, I have yet to be acknowledge or served. When I did get served, it took 5 minutes to get my drinks.nnBut great pastries and baked goods. The drinks were generously portioned.nnThe location is accessible and washrooms are equiped for wheelchairs.nnAmple seating as clients never get served and walk away.
Super bad service waited 20 minutes just to get yelled at by apparently the “ supervisor “ then he proceeded to give my icecap all messed up and when I told him about it he was super rude and wiped my cup and said “that better happy” . He also made me wait in the line with no one in store.and as he called himself supervisor he gives he’s friend free coffee and laughs at me.
