Been coming here every morning for breakfast and with the new staff rolling in my orders are almost always messed up, i took 10min to explain to two guys this morning how to make a simply sausage on a 4-cheese bagel and they still managed to mess it up, they can’t even type it up properly as originally wanted to change me 11$ for a large coffee and a simply sausage, absolutely ridiculous, i should be the one to train people who work there.

I made my statement which is more than enough for you to take action.nTo complete my complaint I have to fill out another form on a different site. Huh? What is that bs.nYour link demands for me to sign in and then search for the correct feedback form...not sure which one so NO!! You have the location the time and the issue. Deal with it from this communication point. Don't push back on us to do your job.nI can see your possible policy of closing unresponsive emails from our complaints would definitely improve your ratings at Corp level but this is public space. Take ownership and resolve the issue from HERE DONT LEAVE IT TO THE CUSTOMER.nWE DONT FORGET WE DONT FORGET WHEN CORPORATIONS FAILs remember THE all of the people PAYING ALL YOUR annual INCOMES. That's all of you. We enter your establishments for pleasure and all we endup with is a bad taste from Tim's products. How many times will we accept terrible service from this location and others.nPlease think about that.nnOriginal message below;nExtreme slow. .5 min for drive through. Four people on drive through and 2 of the slowest hustle no energy people on the cash.nYou need to bring the hustle back and respect walkins. 15 - 20 minutes for service is unacceptable for any business
This Tim Hortons is extremely inefficient when it comes to serving customers inside. Very long lineups and waiting over 20 minutes for an order is not unusual. Staff can be quite surly at times. Just the other day they messed up our order handed us the wrong food.
A very well stocked location but it's because they don't actually serve customers.nnI arrived at 5:33 and at 5:41, although I'm the only customer, I have yet to be acknowledge or served. When I did get served, it took 5 minutes to get my drinks.nnBut great pastries and baked goods. The drinks were generously portioned.nnThe location is accessible and washrooms are equiped for wheelchairs.nnAmple seating as clients never get served and walk away.
Super bad service waited 20 minutes just to get yelled at by apparently the “ supervisor “ then he proceeded to give my icecap all messed up and when I told him about it he was super rude and wiped my cup and said “that better happy” . He also made me wait in the line with no one in store.and as he called himself supervisor he gives he’s friend free coffee and laughs at me.
