Tim Hortons

I had a great experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and served my order quickly. My coffee was fresh, and the food was warm and delicious. The place was clean, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this location to anyone looking for great coffee and excellent customer service.

I had a really great experience at the drive-thru late at night. The staff were friendly, patient, and efficient, even during what I imagine is a long shift. My order was accurate and served quickly, and the customer service truly stood out. It’s always appreciated to be greeted with kindness, especially during late hours. Thank you to the team for the excellent service! MJ

I am from Toronto and stopped by twice in one day. Service and quality of the food was well above my expectations as a regular customer. Attention to getting the order perfect to sandwich prep and superior cleanliness practices by the food prep lady were both outstanding - the best meal I have had in ages. It was a pleasure to eat there - thank you.

I purchased a 12-pack of donut through Ubereats and what I found inside was absolutely unacceptable. One of the sour cream glazed donuts clearly looked like someone had taken a bite out of it before the glaze was added, and the other sour cream donut didn’t have any glaze at all.nnThe fact that someone took a bite, glazed over it, and then someone else boxed it up without noticing shows a complete lack of attention to detail and supervision. It’s disgusting and incredibly disappointing to see this kind of negligence from a company that serves food to the public.nnWhat makes this even worse is that this isn’t the first time this has happened, it’s the second time I’ve purchased a box of donuts and received a sour cream donut with no glaze. Clearly, there’s a serious issue with quality control that needs to be addressed.

May 30, 2026: Mobile order through the Tims App. Used the drive-thru. Was carelessly asked at the window if I wanted bacon with my wrap, instead of the sausage I ordered. Said they were out of sausages. Declined. To my surprise, dude returns and hands me a sausage wrap, only for me to find sausage was clearly uncooked/not grilled. Was carelessly wrapped too, like he could not be bothered.nService at this store too is trash. Definitely avoiding this location in the future.nI recently went through the other store on 2311 & it was a better experience.
