Tim Hortons

I recently visited this Tim Hortons location and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service. The staff was efficient, courteous, and ensured my order was prepared promptly and with attention to detail. In particular, Hui at the front counter provided a welcoming and respectful greeting, enhancing the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this establishment for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Dec 4, 2024 ~4-6pmnnI was here at this location and the staff were so nice!! There was a long line up and I could tell the staff were working hard to fulfill orders. Even with the rush the staff were so friendly and handled the line well. There were some uncleaned tables but the staff cleaned it up when it was less busy.nnSeems to be a new manager? He didn’t exactly know the system but got the other staff to help him with the register. He was wearing a blue shirt at the time which is a bit different from the other workers. Anyways, he has the best customer service!!! Thank you sir :

I’m a Tim’s regular and it’s a good value with decent service. However for years the tables at Vancouver stores are always dirty. I’ve even seen staff sweeping the floor, but not wipe off the tables. We bring our own wet wipe to do it. Perhaps Tim’s could offer a container of wet wipes for customers to use? I don’t ask for much as I realize staff is busy, and costs need to be kept down… but please allow us a way to clean the crumbs, sauce and coffee stains off the tables.

I visited this location approximately 30 minutes before closing.nnThere was no one inside. When the staff saw me parking my car, they turned off all the screens with menu, so I wasn't able to see what they actually have, except what was right in front of me. The expression on the lady’s face was very unpleasant. She refused to serve lemonade.nnTim Hortons, unfortunately, isn’t about Canadian customer service at all. Not surprisingly, as all the staff are immigrants from third-world countries.
