Starbucks

The guy who took my order ruined this experience for me. I went to the counter and he didn’t even bother to look at me and smile, let alone say hello! I understand that he was packing another order, all he had to do was acknowledge that there’s a customer and say something like I’ll be with you shortly. Even when he was taking my order he didn’t greet with a smile. ZERO customer service skills.nThe two girls seemed pretty decent, I didn’t interact with them much but they were talking in a pleasant way with other customers.nManagement - kindly spend some time with your employees and teach them basic customer servicenn*** i am re rating the service cz I had a significantly better experience today. It was a different person who took my order. He was smiling, greeting customers and acknowledging their presence.nI dont know if my review was discussed and it is a result of that or that guy already has great customer service skills. Regardless, i am happy! Changing from 1 to 4

It's a Starbucks, it is what it is. I will say the staff are generally friendly especially compared to some other locations and the indoor and outdoor seating areas are nice. But like just about every Starbucks on the face of the Earth, the service is so slow and inefficient. It especially creams my corn that they will make five or six mobile orders for people who aren't even there before serving the customer who is standing right in front of them.

My experience at the Starbucks location in Riverdistrict was just amazing. Russell, Joel, Sarah, and Rekha provided exceptional service that was tailored to my needs. In fact, Russell even remembered my name from a past experience. This level of quality, customer experiences outstanding and made me feel at home in Starbucks.

Typical Starbucks. Nothing spectacular. Good customer service and friendly staff. Lacks street parking. It’s always full on the street and underground parking is OK but not as convenient. Few outdoor seating available.

This is a small location, but it's kept very neat and tidy, the baristas are very kind even when it's rush morning hour and they are dealing with in-store customers and mobile orders. They worked really fast in preparing the incoming orders, all while remembering the small details like providing you with a stirring stick or a packet of sugar.
