Starbucks

This shop is very roomy, has good service and is near all Fraser Street amenities. There’s free parking out front as it’s in a small strip mall. I love picking out my free birthday treat every year. This year, the app was down, but I was given my treat anyway. That’s how accommodating they are. I ordered the ginger joy - gingerbread oat chai, lowest sweet; it was soooo good!

Close to my place, this location is nice and tidy. Customer service is amazing.

Best Starbucks to pick up my morning coffee and warmed up chocolate croissant. The customer service here is excellent. Long queue at times but efficient service. I didn't wait long to get my order. I always like my drink extra hot so I don't do mobile orders.

Food and drinks are great. But every single time I order a drink on Uber eats from this Starbucks, they always forget to put a straw in the bag. I’m not trying to be rude at all, but I’m not entirely sure how I am supposed to drink a Frappuccino with whip cream on top of it without a straw. You would think a straw would come with the drink but nope, only one of my online orders from them has actually come with a straw. I’m sitting here with a Frappuccino and no straw to drink it with. Not entirely sure what they’re expecting me do to lol.nnIf it was a one time thing I wouldn’t mind but consistently every time is a bit ridiculous.

They tend to keep it quite chilly so if you're grabbing a cold drink maybe wear a long-sleeve! And this is coming from someone who likes it colder
