On March 27, 2025, at 9:27 AM, a shocking violation of hygiene standards and service quality occurred at your coffee shop. A staff member made a mistake while writing a customer’s name on the lid of a coffee cup. Instead of correcting the error properly, they spilled some coffee into the sink without opening the lid and then wiped the lid with an unidentified cloth before handing the drink to the customer.nnThis incident demonstrates a blatant disregard for sanitation regulations and a lack of respect for customers. Such behavior is completely unacceptable in the food and beverage industry, where cleanliness and product quality must be top priorities.nnIf an employee makes a mistake, it should be properly corrected—without compromising the customer’s experience. The correct course of action in this situation would have been to prepare a fresh coffee instead of attempting to cover up the mistake in an unprofessional manner.nnStricter oversight and additional staff training are necessary to prevent such incidents from happening again in the future.nnI hope I will not buy again from this branch!!!!

Wish I never went in.nnI’m writing this review at midnight after just having called in sick to work because of my recent and final visit to Tim Horton’s in Kerrisdale.nnI went in because I wanted a small bite to eat, and thought a little wrap would do the trick. When I went up to the counter to order, I noticed the woman at the register was sniffling heavily, and not wearing a mask. My impulse was to leave because I didn’t want a clearly sick person who shouldn’t have been at work at all making my food. However, noticed the other employee looked fine, so I figured the sick one was just handling the register for the day. When they called my order, I realized the girl who was at the register had switched with the other girl, and did in fact make my food. I was the only one with an active order, so I really don’t understand why. She had an almost guilty look on her face as she handed me the wrap. At that point my impulse was to just bin it, and leave to get something else. But I was hungry, so I sat by the door, which happened to be right next to the garbage. I took one bite and instantly had a terrible feeling. Not only was the wrap itself absolutely terrible the “chicken” was stale and dry, but the same sick employee decided that right then and there was the best time to come over and change the garbage. I sat there stunned, as only 3 people were in the whole restaurant.. there was clearly no immediate need to change the garbage. The employee clearly just didn’t give a s***. On top of that, in her cleaning, some of her sani spray splashed toward me. I immediately got up and tossed the wrap in the bin when she was done.nnAs I was leaving, I thought to myself: “well, if I get sick in the next few days, I’ll know why”nnI’m considering a lawsuit, because I cannot afford to be sick right now.nnRidiculous.nnThe Tim Horton’s we grew up with is long gone.

I recently tried the new scrambled egg wrap at Tim Hortons, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! The wrap was delicious, made with fresh ingredients, and had the perfect blend of flavors. It’s now my go-to breakfast choice.nnWhat truly stood out to me, though, was the exceptional customer service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made my visit a pleasant experience. Kudos to the Tim Hortons team for always providing top-notch service and great food!

I visited Tim Hortons this past Saturday, and although the store was bustling with customers, the staff did a brilliant job serving everyone efficiently and with a smile. Despite the crowd, my order was taken and prepared promptly. The team members were courteous, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Kudos to the hardworking staff for maintaining high standards even during peak hours!

I highly recommend this business. Their customer service is second to none. The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. This is my go-to place for coffee the best in town.nnTheir staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. Specially morning staff they help each and every person does'n matter how busy they are.
