A while back I bought a Boston cream donut, but they forgot to put the cream in it so I guess I essentially had the “Boston” donut instead. I bought another the other day in the spirit of redemption, and luckily there was cream this time! However, there was barely any compared to the size of the donut- think of a pearl in an oyster, or the pinky toe of a foot. Food quality overall has declined over the years, but I figured that at least the donuts remained reliable. It’s been twice proven to me that they are not.
overall have a great experience when I visit this Timmy's but they need to fix their accessible door. Does not work when leaving as a person with a disability it is frustrating and there are a lot of seniors that live in the area so the sooner they fix the better. It's been a long time so please fix it, thanks. I took 2 off my overall rating because I've mentioned the accessible door issue many times.
To Whom It May Concern,nnDoes anyone in Senior Management actually do any quality control for the service at this location on 41 Ave W? I recently visited this location during the evening hours, from 8:00 to 10:00 PM. Just check your security cameras around if you actually care. I'm not surprised why you have such a low rating.nnThe staff is absolutely unprofessional. They speak to each other yelling in their local Indian language in front of customers.nnThe staff played loud Indian music on their phones, so I was unable to hear my friend at the same table.nnOn Aug 24, 2024 some stranger was walking inside the area with food, not in uniform. The staff just let him in probably friend.nnThis is the most disgusting Tim Hortons I have visited in BC. Thanks for the great CANADIAN service. I will never visit it again!
Very very disappointed with this specific tim hortons i love habenero chicken bowl and the employees just gave me smallest cup of of rice and chopped chicken lesser than a spoon for $10. The plate was half filled with leaf salad. When i asked the employees to match my plate as much as i had at the other tim hortons they said they have proper standard of filling these which im sure is not true. I had to order another wrap just to fill me up. Im never coming back to eat bowls from this restaurant l. Taging tim hortons on official twitter handle as well.
Best service. Staff has smiles on their face which always made my day. Also, the skinny girl , that’s tge manager she is very nice and kind
