Starbucks

I'll rate this 3.5 stars as I'm not sure they have adequate staff. The staff aren't friendly and seem overworked. The hot chocolate my regular is too sweet. The atmosphere is great though.

Nice location with seating outside . Friendly staff. Clean and I like this Starbucks because it’s usually quiet in here.

Staff really need to work on giving proper portions. I expect to get what I’m paying for, specially for the price. Ordered a couple drinks and all of them were not properly filled. From my point of view it’s stealing from customers. Only reason I didn’t go back in was because I didn’t want to be rude but this isn’t right or fair.

Horrible. Our of stock. Unhelpful staff. Not willing to answer basic questions. Not sure what happened but the cashier seemed pretty unwilling to help. Never raised my voice. Tried to be empathetic. Only received negative attitude. Can only assume the cashier was having a bad day and I had to experience the brunt of it. Not a good experience at all. Wish I came on a different day I guess.

This Starbucks location is the best Starbucks in East Vancouver. The store manager, Ruby is always nice. The baristas are always friendly, and their customer service is the best.
