Placed order photo 1 on APR 09 2024 at 10AM by mobile App, App didn’t relocatenthe nearest location and I didn’t notice that placed order at this location which is the previous one I visited.nnI called to store right after I placed the order try to do a cancellations and refund. However, the girl/lady picked up the call told me that she doesn’t has the authorization to do the cancellation/refund, she told me that I had to contact Tim Hortons digital sale team for the refund.nnThen I spent times on searching and contacting the digital team and get the the reply from them that only the in-store staff can do the refund and cancellation.nnEven though It’s not a big amount , still want to make a comment on this because it could have done smoothly and fast to solve this problem. Same thing happened two years ago at Wendy’s, I called, they canceled for me right away, 5mins.
Worst tim ever. The two girls working here right now have no sense of what coustomer service is. I got a too good to go surprise bag and the bagels were literally like rock. So when i asked her on phone for what should i do. She said you can come back i will give a new one. When i reach there she said my manager said not to give one. The reason because they don’t deal with too good to go. Why did the girl told me to come back to store to get a new one. I drove 20 minutes back from home for this and this is there answer. No sense of how to deal with coustomers and then they won’t talk to the manager again told me to come back tomorrow. Worst experience ever.

Come to buy Tim breakfast here frequently as this is beside my home though this is a tiny place and their service is not good. I got a worst experience recently……the Indian beard guy serving at counter was very rude! Ordered three items….he gave two. When asked he said to wait very rudely…….when asked about his behaviour, he was more rude……Took the money back and will NEVER go to this place!! How Tim Hortons run this very small tiny place with arrogant staffs?
I get there seeking regular coffee.n4 in line up I have 30 minutes for lunch.n12 minutes later no coffee no service and one staff making somebody a sandwich. Tim's service so bad I go to a+w across the road.
