Tim Hortons

This location always has issues. Although the service is fast, you can tell the franchise owner is cheaping out as much as possible. Their iced cappuccino machine doesn't work often and one summer it didn't work at all and they only fixed it until the winter. Now their Tim card scanner doesn't work during roll up the rim so we don't get a chance to win anything even though we paid to play.

Services sucks at this location!!nThere was a Filipina lady that was very rude to the customers and did not want to serve. I understand they have drive tru but they have customers inside also and they where ignoring them. She wanted the customers to wait and she kept talking back rudely!!!! She has a bad attitude towards customers.nWorst customer service ever that lady!!

Every time I come here my order is messed up. I do not ask for anything specific, only a black dark roast. Each time I get something different than ordered.

I absolutely love the staff at this location. They know my name and my order. Some early mornings I forget how my husband likes his coffee and they are always one step ahead of me and have it already typed up. AMAZING!

On dec 13 I went to this Tim Hortons they charge my my scan and pay twice and when I check it and told this guy and female woman swearing and yelling they abuse me. The worker was very rude and unprofessional.
