Tim Hortons

Took 15 minutes to get a bagel with cream cheese I paid for extra cream cheese. Didn’t even get that if you’re in the drive-through they definitely cater to them first because the drive-through drinks and food we’re just going out of the window so fast and there was just a lineup of us waiting inside. Terrible service will never come back. Definitely will be making my own. I don’t know who the manager is, but she really didn’t do anything except for make coffees for the drive-through.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Tim Hortons few hours ago because of the attitude of the woman working. When I tried to place my order politely, she responded in a rude and dismissive way, saying, “Don’t tell me how to do my job.” Her tone was completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

My experience at Tim Hortons last night was very disappointing because of the service I received from short lady working, I guess her name was nisha. When I politely asked about my coffee taking a long time, she responded rudely, saying, “I can take as much time as I want.” She also mentioned she was working alone, but that doesn’t justify the attitude or the slow service.nnI was also concerned about her hygiene — she handled food without gloves, wasn’t wearing a hairnet or cap. Overall, I felt disrespected and uncomfortable, and I’ll be avoiding this store future.

Ever since this Tim Hortons location was renovated, the service has gotten so much slower. Even when there’s no one ahead of me, I’m waiting around 20 minutes just for my order, and if I order food or if people are ahead of me, the wait is even longer. I don’t know what kind of renovations were done, but it seems like it really slowed everything down instead of improving the service.nnP.S if you are in a rush DON’T COME to this location

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons for over 5 years. The staff are great—hardworking and patient, and they deserve 5 stars.nnBut the drive-thru is a big problem. It’s way too tight for larger vehicles, and despite renovations, nothing has been done to fix it. I’ve raised the issue many times, but no changes yet.nnProbably just another “Thanks for letting us know” with no action.
