Tim Hortons

Waited 8 minutes and drank half my coffee waiting for a bagel and cream cheese. Left without it because I would be late for work. I am guessing insufficient staff for the morning rush. They suck

I had horrible experience from this store for like 3 times, i ordered pastries from uber like 3 times, i added instructions to heat them up and when i got them they were cold as if they were never even touched. I even called one time and employee just started arguing, i told her my home is 2 minutes drive and i actually got the order 15 minutes after ordering and it was cold and i felt like the employee did this just to prove her point. I am never ordering again from this tim, i mean if other stores can why cant they and atleast if they did an error respond politely. They speak as if pointing out an error was made is wrong and talk so meanly.

The staff is really nice, always helpful with the orders. I come here 3,4 times a week and food is always fresh. Good cold brew as well

Went to the drive thru with my daughter, again for the second time around, this pissed me off of getting wrong order. Ordered combo of sesame bagel egg and bacon with French vanilla and another order of sesame bagel with cream cheese and bacon with 1cream and 2 sugar. Went to window to confirm my order. He didn’t get right my last order. He was arguing with me instead of fixing it. This is annoying in such customer service like this . I would like to complain that Krishnan who took my order that has worse customer service. When I opened my food this came out wrong food…. They gave me an everything bagel with regular coffee. Going to return my food and get refunded. I need to speak to higher manager to fix this ongoing issues on the drive thru.

The lineups are always long and they are pretty slow for a Tim Hortons. Make sure to always check your older before you leave.nThe bathrooms are clean.n
