The workshop Bike Shop & Sports

had a bike chain replaced. final product was well done + affordable. but the process was terrible. gave in the bike early on a Monday and told it would be ready by the end of the day. By 15h Tuesday it was neither done, nor could an estimate be given about when a replacement part would arrive. I politely said I would take my bike to another shop, at which point I was told I'd have to pay for having left my bike there. once I arrived at the shop a few hours later the bike turned out to have been repaired. which was great. we had an argument about the situation, I paid the requested amount and left. thankfully the situation didn't escalate to holding my bike ransom. very stressful experience.

Terrible customer service. Refused to answer if he had a part in stock saying to come to the store to find out. Then insulted me when I said I wanted to know before hand.

Got a flat in the area and he was the closest. He refused to help me and frankly, was a bit rude.

Bon service ! Il a donné un porte - bouteille gratuitement à mon ami ! (Valeur de i $) Il a même réparé mon guidon pour la somme de 0 $ . De la Qualité à petit prix !
