I bought a single gear bike from velomane 8 years ago. Their service was incredible, the bike was set up impeccably. The bike currently is still in incredible condition. Just bought a 7 speed bike from them recently and I couldnt be happier with it. Great prices and great quality products. I'll be referring my friends here.

Amazing job on my bike : I have some trouble with my gears at the beginning and had to go there to get them fixed but they seem better now. Some problems sometimes. But I’ll get there :

They helped me fix something on my bike and didn't charge anything. Guy was really nice.

Nice bike shop. Seams to be well equipped and the staff was quite nice. Went for a flat tire and end up replacing the rear wheel and both tires. So far I liked the job done and the price was as expected.

Slow service multiple days of waiting for a simple repair; very unsatisfying customer service was not informed I would be getting a mismatched rim and misdiagnosed a rattling problem for something more expensive; shoddy workmanship attached an expandable basket with plastic zip ties that broke very quickly after. Have gotten impression they only put in effort for high end bikes. This was for my older mtb.

I have super good experience with the service and staff there, very friendly and helpful people. I bought a new road bike at a very affordable price, totally recommend it.

Bad service after sell you a bike Bad quality Cheap components They dont want to take it care after a repation was done wrong They're thinking they're always rigth!! Wich is not... I got back 3 times for the same probleme never got fixed or refunded Never come back highly not recomend this place Sport expert much quality and better service and fast

Service so so, they were supposed to fix the break of my bike. When i came to pick up my bike, they did not really fix it and they told me to come back
