Martin Rooseboom Bike

A real nice and authentic place ! Many choices of bikes difficult to choose. Can’t wait for the summer to enjoy my bran new bike from there. Thank you guys really appreciate that friendly atmosphere.

Really great experience at Martin Rooseboom, first approach was not ideal and yes maybe the client attention is not "Apple store like", but ones I explained clear what I wanted and discussed about the budged, the conversation was very friendly all the time and they always got suggestions to improve my bike performance. The mastery and knowledge they have of the world of bikes is extraordinary . they care a lot about my bike and they did an outstanding job on repairing. Been visited other bikes stores in Montreal and around the world, with confident I can say that Martin Rooseboom is a perfect place to bring your bike to repair in Montreal! Thank you guys

I live basically next door to Martin's bike shop so when I had a bike accident, I brought my damaged road bike to try. Martin was able to fix my crank and handlebars instead of just telling me to buy new (and costly) parts. My bike was like new! Since then, I always bring my road bikr and XC bike for tune ups! The service is good and generally very fast!

I had gotten into a bike accident and twisted my front tire. I brought it in to Martin and he fixed it on the spot for me. I'm not sure how he does his service usually, but I really appreciated this. He had my bike fixed within 20 minutes of walking in the shop and took time to do things that weren't included in the wheel change price. He took a look at the rest of my bike and made a few minor adjustments as well. I'm very impressed by the expediency and friendliness of the service. The price is justified by the exceptional service. I highly recommend Martin Rosebloom Velo.

It's a very professional place but it would be nice to have a bit more of customers service
