Never have I worked so hard to spend my money. My husband and I are both former bike shop employees and managers with 30 years of riding and racing. We had done our research, knew what we wanted and should have been the easiest sale ever. We called to confirm they had the bike in stock. We were greeted by a woman, told her the bike we were after. She proceeded to tell us the $2000 bike we were interested in was “good for nothing “ and if were actually interested in riding we should buy a more expensive model. When we persevered and told her it would be suitable, we were told we would have to put down a $200 deposit and we could test ride it in “two weeks or so”. All I wanted to do is give them my money and buy a bike, seems simple enough. We left without a bike.
Ordered a 10sp Deore 4100 crankset to finish my old steel frame build. Hoping to get it within the week to be able to ride again and i received it in half that time. Another great bike shop for bike components. Shout out for the personal note on my shipment invoice. A nice touch. Merci a l'equipe. Cordialement

Cannot be more pleased with Bicycle Quilicot as a first-time online customer! I ordered a set of bike Shimano shifters and they were dispatched the same day. Received them in factory packaging in a matter of couple of days from Montreal to Toronto area. The original parts worked well as they should. Did I mention order over $49 is free shipping?

This is review pertains to the website. It's really lackin. Most of the items do not have proper or even any! descriptions, so it's impossible to shop online. Not sure how they except customers to have a satisfactory shopping experience.
At least they pick up the phone as opposed to the other Quilicot stores looking at you, Tremblant. Online Messenger bot is insulting at best with pre formatted answers. Now having to resort to the generic email. Will update the review when I receive my order, but for now I'm not impressed. Online says 2-3 days. Store says 5 days. Other store says minimum 2 weeks. I mean - just tell me so I can pick up the bike ! I understand they are overwhelmed, but it shouldn't be a guesswork. *Edit after bike received* Took a month, but I can see the team are doing their best. Good luck!
If I was able to give 0 stars I would. Horrible service. Liars. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. I was given a price on a bike and told them I was going to drive down to give a deposit. I showed up and was told that the bike was substantially more than I was told + on top of that I was told that I was handling the situation wrong for being angry that they lied and made me waste my time. If you're an employee, own up to your mistakes. Know your inventory. Do yourself a favor, go spend your money elsewhere.
I went to buy some tools for my bike and I recibe a terrible customer service. The employee don't have the ability to give a good explanation.
