It's a hit or miss depending on the work you need to do on your bike. Probably good for changing tube/tire or break pads. Nothing else. Brought my bike to tune up the back derailleur. After the work was done I took it for a short ride and it was worse than before. Brought it back. One of their mechanic after a few adjustment had me test it a few times. After testing it for the 4th or 5th time when I came back he was gone. Just like that. So another one took over. And I could see on his face that he was struggling big time. So another so called mechanic stepped in and after 10 min he basically told me that that's the way it is giving me plenty of excuses. Seeing that there was no point to deal with those people I took my bike to another shop. They fixed the back derailleur within 5 min. All in all waste of money and time. So be careful when dealing when them. For sure I'll not be back in that shop no matter what.

Very good store. People are nice and cool. We exceeded the regular time by 15 min and they didn't charge for it.

Bought a bike and some gear for a fair price about a month ago. I got pretty good service and felt very happy with my experience. When i got to know the bike a little more, I noticed the front shifter was a bit sticky. I took it back to get looked at. Once again, I was taken care of within 15 minutes and the mechanic was happy to impart practical info to me. I didnt give it 5 stars because the first time I went, the salesperson hardly made any effort to communicate in English and there were somethings I needed clarification on that I was still confused about after leaving. Maybe I should work on French skills though. All in all, a good experience! Merci Velo Urbain!

Dropped off my bike for a basic service. The mechanic was friendly and tried his best to communicate in english because i barely speak french. Was promised pickup in two days but they finished in one. I was so suprised when i got on my bike... it felt like brand new again. They even washed the bike and cleaned out all the moving parts! Best 45 + 20 (needed a new part as the old one was breaking) i ever spent. Also lots of stock for basic supplies like locks, helmets, and accessories ^_^ 100% recommended and will return again.
