Worst shop ever. Took my bike in 3 times because they sold me the wrong chain, they broke my suspension while "test riding my bike" and didn't set the gears properly. 200$ later my bike was in worse shape than it was when I brought it in. NOT recommended to anyone. Incompetence at its best.

Je magasine mon prochain vélo électrique et pour moi la qualité du service et du service après vente est essentiel. Prendre le temps de connaître nos besoins et y répondre avec le produit pertinent, c’est à ce que je m’attend d’un service professionnel. J’en suis à mon troisième vélo électrique et je suis très heureuse de devenir cliente avec Vélo Branché. Merci Michel pour la qualité de l’écoute et des informations. J’y retourne bientôt pour acheter le vélo proposé.
