Great service. They were very helpful and answered all my newbie questions without making me feel dumb. They let me try many bikes until I found "the one". Will definitely recommend.

My girlfriend's bike spent a pretty rough time outside during the winter months. As a result, a lot of job needs to be done on the bike. We were in a hurry to go on a small trip and the guys hooked us up with a few quick fixes to allow us to use the bike without danger. They did so even though they were about to close the shop and they had other jobs that needed to be attended to. The bike was a lot smoother to ride as a result and we paid almost nothing for the service and parts. Everyone there was nice and helpful. I don't know why this shop gets a bad rep. They have a good mission and good prices. The only downside seems to be that you need to have an Éco Vélo and the business hours are a bit limiting. I would personally not use their bikes because I'm into racing bikes, but I would recommend this shop for someone getting into casual biking or who just wants a good commuter bike for cheap with good service associated with it.

If you're looking for a place with a social cause, good prices and excellent customer service, look no further. For the moment you step outside the shop (they have a great selection of used bikes for sale), there's one person ready to attend you with a smile on his face. My girlfriend and I went to check for maybe getting a second hand bike, we ended up buying one! The staff has really (but really, really, answering every question and orienting us to make the best decision) helpful. I just don't remember the name of the person who attended us, but he was awesome!

Same as Domenico. I got a flat tire on my bike near their shop. They refused to help me. Their shop was empty and I was ready to pay, of course. They said it's only for Ecovelo brand, but I was sad to know they didn't want to help, even if they could. It was just a flat tire, easy and fast to fix. :(

They convinced me to buy a bike not suited to me, telling me I'm young and can handle the heavy bike. I didn't know any better and now realise that they wanted to get rid of that bike and found in me a gullible customer. I guess it's on me for being too trusting. I'm sad.
