The UPS Store

I have been a customer of Franks for many years, and as a small business owner I can trust him to get the job done on time, every time. Whether it's shipping packages, photocopying or large volume colour printing and binding, the quality of his work is exceptional. Even on tight deadlines, Frank goes the extra mile to complete the job. Great customer service!

I am a small business owner as well, Frank takes care of my printing, flyers design and all my shipping needs. Service is very honest and professional. The City of Markham is lucky to have Frank Chen and The UPS Store as part of the community. Keep up the great work and service.

I really enjoyed the service and level of interaction with this UPS store. The service was timely, the owner had all the information I looked for and if I had any questions about the pickup and delivery he was available with critical information. Not only will I be using its service again I will be making sure that friends looking for similar delivery service there as well. Best customer service. Great job!

Very poor service owner is not friendly and appears to have issue with ups dropping packages at his store in order to save on 2nd delivery cost. I called to advise him that I was minutes away from his store to pick up a package. When I arrived at 6:01 his gate was down and he told me to come back tomorrow. When I returned he insisted that he take a copy of my drivers license before he would give me my package. I have sent package from his store via proxy "my son" but never again. I was told by ups that all that is required to pick up the package was the delivery notice. I even showed him the confirmation email from ups still he wanted a copy of my very personal Id. I will hold ups liable if this guy is selling information to stay a afloat.
