Food tasted great but was barely warm. The cashier spoke such broken English that I could not understand anything he said, which made ordering food MUCH harder than it should be. Only about 3 of their 12+ soda options functioned, one sprayed all over us and the floor when we tried to use it.nnFrom what I could understand, the cashier told us fries were included in the daily deal, but then we were charged for them. It's hard to ask questions to someone who barely speaks English or French.

Worst branch ever in ottawa, washroom was messed up they locked it up without any finding solution, softdrink dispenser broke they dont offer alternative drink to customer. Dining area is a garbage really garbage

Took almost 25 minutes to get the food and when I got it they put my popcorn shrimp in a mashed potato container?? instead of a box. They also put my fries into a bag mixed with my friends fries and they put our biscuits in a bag together as well. It was incredibly strange as they visibly had the correct boxes for popcorn shrimp combos

I came here and ordered a five piece chicken tenders for dine in. My chicken was cold and I returned it. Whoever was there was nice enough to ask if I wanted to wait a few minutes for freshly fried ones, or simply exchange them for warmer ones. I opted for the latter and they were a bit warmer one was still cold ugh. They were stingy with the ketchup, giving two packets at a time. Not too happy with the location.

The food was great, got 40$ family meal and shared it with a friend got 4 portions out of it. We were spending alot of time deciding what to choose so the cashier, helped us decided and he was very sweet about it, which was great. And the vibes were there, I think it was mostly the people who made the vibes but still. Was fun would go again.
