Great friendly service! From the showroom to delivery guys. This is my third set of matresses I’ve bought here, as it’s the best for quality and price. Upon delivery today, it was noticed the bed frames were not on order, called the store and they were promptly delivered within 30min. I highly recommend this company.

As a student I was suffering to find a good mattress but eventually the sleep factory gave me a good discount just because they wanted customer satisfaction.
