First time home owner doing our own renovations. Staff were always helpful, even when I didn't know what things were called they were able to help me find the right products. The staff at the paint desk were very friendly and helpful. Easy to find staff to cut closet shelving - had to go back a few times either due to my measuring error or choosing to redo another closet - always without issue.

I had to come here with my mother to purchase a new over-the-range microwave. After visiting a few different stores for comparison, Home Depot had the best selection and availability in comparison to Canada Appliances, Lowe's, etc. They had great sales on, and the gentleman who helped us was great (I think his name was Ken - thank you, Ken!). We bought it as a pick-up later order, and when I returned later, the customer service ladies seemed a little confused and slow. However, nothing bad. I recommend you give Home Depot a look if you're looking for appliances - they have good sales and are great to price match at (and price match with other stores, too).

I went to the Home Depot in Oshawa to get paint for a chair. Samantha greeted me warmly and her product knowledge was exceptional. She exemplifies what customer service is all about! All employees could learn a thing or two from Samantha!!

I would like to take this opportunity to compliment an exceptional employee at one of your stores. Larry in your Taunton and Harmony store, at the Pro Desk is absolutely wonderful to deal with. Since dealing with Larry directly for the last few years I have always found that he not only delivers great customer service, but he goes above and beyond expectations on a continual basis. He has a fantastic personality, easy to deal with, and if he does not have the answer will get back to you after looking into it. I have never had service like this from any other company, and I will let you know I can be quite demanding at times.

I had bought two gazebos online on sale and went to pick it up . The person working at the desk asked me why do I need two . She goes are you reselling this ? Wow what a weird question ! First you did not have a maximum purchase online for these . In fact the reason I wanted two was one for my house and one for my cottage ! Did not realize you have to give a reason to sales associates when you buy an item on the reason you need certain quantities . Anyways home depot website has a review you can write on the item and service . They do not post till they review it . lol They got back and said it is against their policy to post my review . IN other words they only want reviews that place them in a good light and their selecting what they want
