The Deck Store (Oshawa)

My wife and I met Nicole at the Deck Store Oshawa. Nicole was fantastic. She informed us on the different composite products and we choose the Trex. She worked with us on the price and the total material needed for our deck. Then we went with the powder coated aluminum railing for our landing off the patio door. From start to finish Nicole has come through 110% with the ordering and delivery of material. We had 2, 20 foot lengths that were damaged and Nicole just put in an order and had them delivered the next day. Very happy with our new deck.

Stopped in store April 20/17 looking for post caps, manager said she would look online for me. While in store I enquired if they build decks and they do. I have a rather large deck/backyard project to be completed and wanted an estimate. She asked me to email her with the info, which I did April 29/17. No reponse by May 7th, message re-sent. Still no response at all. If this company can't even return an email for a $20,000-$30,000 job I can't image how brutal the work must be. Very disappointed to say the least. Well, we are now into July and I still haven't received a return email, just wow. Still waiting for a response and it's now end of August. Awesome
