Not my local store, but thought I would pop in on my way home from Kingston. All I wanted was some LED light bulbs which can be used outdoors and with a dimmer. The salesperson was very nice, but couldn't even tell me if there was such a product.... I felt like I was herding kittens. Finally I urged her to ask someone else. She disappeared and I saw her coming back with another rep, who did an about face and took off?????? She said her manager was busy and would I would either have to come back or I could leave a number and they'd get an answer for me. You've got to be kidding!!!! Light bulbs! All I wanted was light bulbs!

Rona flyer says insulation on sale. Check and they say 88 of what I want in stock. Rent uhaul rather than pay exorbitant delivery fee. Get to store and young man working counter creates bill for 4 backs for me to pay for up front and they drive to back to pick up. Pay at front no problem. Drive to back and wait 15 minutes while the young man working the yard (and freezing his ass off today) tries and find all this insulation. Can find only 3 damaged bags of what I need. Tells me to go back in and they will refund. Go in and 2 cashiers have to discuss because they aren't sure how to process as I didn't actually pick up so not really a return. They call another person over to discuss . Eventually decide he doesn't know. Call a 4th person over who says treat as return person. Tell me I have to go back out to the yard to get a slip made by the guy who told me to just go inside. A waste of my time and my money from renting the u-haul trailer, and from going back and forth in their store. Don't usually shop Rona as it is out of the way for me. This visit just means that I won't shop here again or recommend to anyone else.
