Don't think twice, call Mike! I shopped around a lot to get carpet for my basement and stairs. I dealt with Mike who amazingly drove 40 minutes to my house north of Port Perry, not once but TWICE because I forgot about our first appointment. I dealt with Will, to supply carpet and vinyl flooring for my mother-in-law's home that we were selling and then for our own home. Amazing customer service. Not only was Will knowledgeable, but he exceeded our expectations of customer service. The installers were not only professional but cleaned up everything before they left. Would definitely deal with Carpet One again and recommend them.

We used Carpet One to replace all of the existing carpet in our home. Mike, the salesman, was very professional and returned my calls promptly. Installers were excellent as well--quiet, tidy and very careful with our belongings. I would recommend them for sure!

WOW WOW WOW for those who deal exclusively with big name (AF) and the like, thinking they're the only ones who can provide selection and service, slow your roll. Carpet One is a local business that executes the meaning of service at every turn...from the knowledgeable /helpful service when making a carpet selection(because they're listening to your needs...hey Jordan!!) to the expert installation. They even accomodated us when we had to move our original install date forward 2 weeks. I can't count the number of times I've walked past that location wondering what exactly was in that store with the hockey shirts in the window...well no more...and it will be the first store I go to forall our carpet needs.

I have used Oshawa Carpet One on 2 separate occasions. hardwood floor and luxury vinyl tile. the sales team and install team are both very professional and caring. I would not hesitate to use them for my next flooring project.
