Lowe's Home Improvement

Lowe's Home Improvement has the most beautiful Christmas displays! The staff are polite, well trained and very helpful! Ask a question and you will be taken to the isle where you asked for the product! The store is clean. The products well displayed and of the highest quality! The parking is free and there is lots of parking. Pick up areas are well marked. No trouble given on returns and customer service is excellent in all areas of the store. Lots of cashiers and never long line ups!

Great - lots of help from Jose. But I'll have to return since I bought the wrong size outdoor flame-shaped bulbs. The store looked nice and seemed a little better organized (aisles labelled - clearly and obviously) than Home Depot yesterday. Home Depot, for some reason, seems exhausting, and the help are hard to find. Or theyre always dealing with a customer. At Lowe's the staff were friendly. Available. And nice.

Service is "ok" but delivery process was poor and not explained well. Would not move old appliance to the garage even though they said at purchase they would move and or take the old appliance. Delivery people were courteous and respectful but weird that they would only move old appliance if they were taking if with them. I had to then at that night bring additional people at my expense to move the old appliance out. It's not like the delivery and removal was free, we paid for it and then again

Nice store. Clean & very organized. Minus 1 star because in my opinion they are over priced in just a no everything. We only go there if we are looking for something specific and Home Depot or Rona etc don't have it. Otherwise its not our first choice.

****update* I visited this location again and while my experience seemed to be heading down the same disappointing path with multiple unhelpful employees, a young gentleman named Remi went out of his way to approach me for assistance. He loaded the bags of 22 kg pool salt into my cart and after I paid he waited for me to pull up my truck and helped load them in there too. He was very kind and pleasant. Significantly more helpful experience than usual.**** Right next to my house, but not my preference for a home improvement store. I have not once been offered help at this store for anything. I'm convinced that the employees purposely try to avoid customer eye contact. Only when I specifically track an employee down do I receive help. Last time I went out of convenience, I brought my two kids and I was visibly 8 months pregnant. I had to ask for help loading six 18 kg play sand bags into my cart. Could barely push it with the two kids and was offered no help loading it into my car. I waited a while for someone to come help with loading after checkout, but in the end it took too long so I just did it myself. In contrast, I can't walk past a Home Depot employee without them offering assistance or simply smiling and asking how I'm doing. Lowe's needs to implement the same friendly employee training techniques.
