The staff here are very helpful and beyond friendly. Making suggestions to help save money, knowing the quality of products they offer. When I was in University my parents got me my furniture here and Brandon the store manager was really helpful. My furniture was delivered on time and the guys set it up for me and were really nice. Even took the wrapping/garbage away! What I wanted was not on display so he helped me look through the catalogue and pick something out. GREAT customer service.

I have been dealing with this store for over 10 years. Service and after sale service are amazing and fair. They are always cheerful and greet me by name anytime I visit. Products are excellent quality and and issues are taken care very quickly. I will continue dealing with them for many more years just because of their integrity.

not impressed. constantly harassed. especially by Louis. Leanne will leave you nasty messages, they will come to your door with a notice them sit in the car at the end of your driveway if you dont answer, also on the notices where it says time I was by they put how many days late you are instead to humiliate you when the next person comes to your door ... horrible people AVOID AT ALL COST Edit.******* I have contacted the store manager. Doesn't do anything, still to this day she will call me names and put me down over the phone. So people , unless you want this AVOID. and yes, I am in the process of a lawyer and pressing harassment charges.

Everything I own comes from Rental City. U can not ask for better costumes service from all the guys that work in this store. The staff is so friendly and Pleasant to deal with they go out of their way to make sure that you are happy and satisfied with your purchase. Would recommend for anybody who is looking for reasonable and good quality item to go to rental City in Oshawa. Go and see all the wonderful staff Leanne, Brandon, and the guys.

Let me start with what ever they say on the web site 100% true. For people who can't get credit from the big furniture store Rental City will have something for you. Staff very friendly. Will to help. And will find something to fit you budget. They're the light at the end of the tunnel.
