I have to say the sales man was polite and helpful but i ordered a matress n boxspring and purchased the cooling pillows cases that came with pillows and now its been a month and still no pillows just bothers me that i payed for something that I still have not recieved because its sold out..so all together its been 6 weeks n still they say pillows are still not in..if it was not for that problem I would of given a good review..next time keep track of stock on computer befor u let someone purchase something u can not deliver!!!

Worst customer service ever sold me a box frame that was missing parts. Took over a month to get a replacement and they never called me back countless times when they said they would. I will never shop at sleep country again.

We received the BEST customer service from this location last night by Galen! He was extremely knowledgeable, and really educated us on the importance of the right bed/pillow for each individual. My boyfriend and I left super happy and excited to receive our bed this weekend. Bonus is the free shipping :) Thank you so much Galen, we will be coming to you in the future 100%.

The sales rep Galen was amazing! So much knowledge and insight on what we needed! Best experience for my husband and I! We looked at other places and found people didn't have knowledge or up to date on the newest product, the greatest thing also was sleep country has the lowest prices! Originally we thought they had the highest prices and wasn't gonna even check it out but we are so glad we did! Sleep country is the only place to buy a matresses and I recommend this place to everyone looking for good quality at the best price! Galen keep up the good work you are one of a kind it's nice to see salesman out there who love their job and our willing to help customers rather than run away in the back!
