This hotel is ideally located, and exceeded my expectations. The rooms are lovely, beautiful linen, and a very comprehensive continental breakfast is included. Parking is also included which can be tricky in the area, although some of the parking is exterior. Overall very happy and would stay again.
The street noise was quite loud from the cars going by. Parking is not great. Park, then Uber, or use other transportation to places you need to go if you can. Walls are thin as well, but it does tell you that in the elevator. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was very good with lots of selection. I would stay here again but bring ear plugs.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect. The issue is parking. We had to use the sketchy outdoor lot for two nights. There is underground parking, but it is VERY limited. We did manage to scoop an indoor spot by cutting our day short and parking mid-afternoon and walking.
We stayed here due to the location for my sons medical appointment and we were welcomed with a friendly staff and a beautiful room. Our 4 year old was treated to a special pancake breakfast and the staff went above and beyond in many situations to make our stay a great one.
The newly renovated rooms are clean, fresh & lovely. I love the location too; a stone's throw from some of the best restaurants in Kelowna so no need to drive. And the buffet breakfast is very nice too! :
