We brought a sports team to this hotel for an event down at Tugboat beach. It is an 'older' hotel, but it is very well maintained. The rooms were clean and updated, as was the rest of the building. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and proactive to assist with whatever was needed.nnThe 'continental' breakfast also included hot food and had a nice assortment to choose from. Everyone was pleasantly surprised with this.nnWhile parking onsite is very limited, there was free parking available only a block away over the weekend, which was easy to access.nnThe area around the hotel has lots of restaurants and shops to check out. There is a bit of homeless persons around, but there was quite a bit of police presence due to the road closure and summer activities, and it never felt unsafe.nnOne note is that the front of the hotel is older, with several stairs at the entry and inside between the lobby and the elevator, but there is also entry from the back of the hotel through the parking that has a no-stairs elevator access and avoids the need to bring your bags up any stairs.
We honestly do not even know how to properly thank the entire team at the Royal Anne. Every single person we interacted with made this stay feel special and genuinely heartfelt.nHuge thank you to James for the communication and help, and especially to Zoe for the emotions, the atmosphere, and the little celebration she created for our family and our two children. Every morning breakfast was something truly memorable and unlike anything we have experienced before.nWhat stood out most was the sincerity. Nothing felt forced, people genuinely cared and wanted to make our stay special, and that means more than we can explain.nHonestly, this was probably the best accommodation experience we have ever had as a family.nThank you again to the whole team. We will remember this trip for a very long time.
As always, the staff makes the difference when it comes to a wonderful experience and the Royal Anne hotel staff did not disappoint. They were friendly, courteous and thoughtful. Secondly, the location is perfectly situated in the heart of the action, with restaurants, the boardwalk and beaches within a couple of minutes walk. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Amazing spot right in the heart of Downtown. Clean room and quiet. Easy walking distance to lots of entertainment and restaurants. Friendly staff and good rates. Continental breakfast has a big selection as well and lots of seating. The details with the presentation of the towels and such is nice. Very classy.
Literally, the best hotel in Kelowna. The service is excellent—not just the standard hotel experience, they go above and beyond. We had a bad experience at another hotel, so we left and came to the Royal Anne. Well, two months later, we called them directly to book our stay. A special mention to James, who treats us like family and never misses a beat!
