Gross just gross i got a way cramped room and the carpet wasent vacuumed and the walls are yucky!! Hair from last renter still in the tub!! Pool sucks and hot tub is way to HOT!! Never again !!

Pretty good place. A good value for money. We stayed for one night. The room we booked was for four adults. It was clean. The breakfast at $5 per head was pretty decent. The staffs were helpful. All in all loved my stay here

Our first experience at this hotel was horrible. Our room was filthy and infested with ants. The microwave, fridge, and cutlery were all filthy. About a year later our friends booked us a room without us realizing it was the same place. Upon arrival we complained about our previous experience and they upgraded us to a huge room for no extra charge. We were very impressed. However, fast forward two days. We came back to our room at about 2pm to find a notice on our door to come talk to them. We soon found out that they were kicking us out of our room because mthey had double booked the room. They offered us a different room, but we chose to leave and go somewhere else. We will never be going back there. I'd say go pay a little more and stay somewhere else.

We are a mobile business that stays in hotels all over the Interior of BC. We checked into the hotel on the 19th December, our 2 employees went to their room and there was no TV, my husband went to his room and it was filthy. So he called me and said please book us into another hotel. They immediately went up to the front desk and got the refund including receipts and left the hotel. Two days later the Okanagan Season's Resort charged our Credit card $300 for a stolen TV and said we gave the room key to a random homeless person. Like I have said we stay in hotels all over the province, if we stole things we would have nowhere to stay at all. As I am sure word would get around. We are a small business in the business of customer service. This is so absurd that I can't even speak. We have taken this to the RCMP and to Visa. By writing this review I am forced to give at least one star in order to post the review. I would not even give this hotel 1 star. This is so fraudulent I can't even believe it. I have spoken to the hotel twice and they feel like this is fine even though when they checked out the front desk person even wrote down there was no TV. This is the worst place in Kelowna and the worst customer service EVER

There were cobwebs in our room. Their website promoted the fact the resort is 5 acres in size, however pets were not permitted on most of the resort. Check in was denied prior to 3 pm. We had to come back in 45 Minutes to get access to our room.
