The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and tidy. The location is convenient, with stores and restaurants within walking distance.nnI loved the interactive and friendly atmosphere of the inn, with humor evident in every note, sign, and message in the room. Chain hotels often feel formal and impersonal, but Accent Inn made me feel incredibly welcome, almost as if I were staying at a friend’s place. The rubber duck was a lovely touch.

The staff were great! They let us leave our bags there before we could check in and after we checked out and had time before our plane. They also let us check out a couple hours later, due to our later plane ride. The rooms were great and got cleaned every day. Overall, I would defiantly come again and was very pleased!

Great central location with reasonable rates. Rooms and beds are comfortable. Staff are friendly. No complaints, really. Just a good option if you want a clean, comfortable place to rest after a long day of food and wine touring in Kelowna.

Bathroom had mildew in several places around the tub, and really shoddy caulking work and wallpaper patching around tub and sink. Fixtures and tub surround were outdated & dingey. Tub enamel was stained dirty. Beds and bed areas were decently clean and newer. Several 2-star hotels with nicer bathrooms available in town. And they also include breakfast. Based on condition of tub/sink areas, I was surprised this hotel is considered 3-star.  Front desk was very prompt and helpful when I had a problem with the cable tv. Location is convenient to many things but very congested and noisy from traffic. I requested their medical rate at booking and was told I would get the discount. When I got back home I realized I could have booked the hotel for $10 cheaper on a booking site, without medical rate.

Excellent experience here! The rooms were clean and nice. The location was just a 20 minute walk to the water. The staff was excellent!nAlso, they had free bike rentals which was just such a bonus, it inspired us to write a review! Great way to see Kelowna without having to get in the car.
