Hotel Zed Kelowna

Hotel Zed is epic! The staff, the location and the decor were all fantastic.nCheck in was quick and easy and there is a ton of places to eat and drink within walking distance as well as the beautiful park across the street.nThe hot tub was a bonus, very relaxing.nThe cherry on the cake is the comic book and yo-yo that are in the rooms. I got some other swag too, the Zed marketing department is brilliant. Everybody loves retro!

Very relaxed feel and retro vibe. I might be biased because I like comic books but I think this is an incredible hotel. I genuinely felt like the service was some of the nicest interactions I’ve had. The amenities outside of the hotel room are great as well with a wonderful lounging area and lots of restaurants within walking distance. I can’t wait for my next stay here.

The staff is so friendly, the rooms are clean and cheerful and the bed is comfortable. You are so close to the water and downtown the location is prime. I love this place!

My stay at Hotel Zed Kelowna was incredibly disappointing. The room was much smaller than advertised online, and the bed was uncomfortable. I booked with Expedia where it showed breakfast included but there was no breakfast provided. The most alarming experience was someone attempting to enter my room at 3 am, causing a sense of insecurity and discomfort. Additionally, the parking situation was chaotic and congested, making it difficult to maneuver. Overall, it was not worth the money spent, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Wow! What an awesome & unique hotel! For the price this was an excellent stay. Hot tub, pool, rooftop patio, video games, ping pong, board games, comic books, a yo-yo. You could tell whoever runs this place really cares about their guests and has a passion for providing excellent hospitality. We will definately recommend it to our friends. Right downtown and at the water to!
