Hotel Zed Kelowna

A unique and affordable option for visiting downtown Kelowna. Great hot shower, comfortable bed with great pillows. Large smart tv. Small fridge in room. Helpful and kind service staff. The decor is colourful and cheerful...I really appreciate it. The location is 2 minutes from the lake and great walking/biking/scooting. It is also a short walk to sushi, ice cream, shopping, restaurants and bookstores. The parking comes with the room but it can be tight due to limited space. I stayed here on a work trip but I think this hotel could be fun on vacation with the ping pong, bike rentals and sauna and pool in the summertime.

The stay at hotel zed was one of the highlights of our trip to kelowna. It is not often that the kids want to rush back to the hotel to check out the fun things they can do there. Everything about the hotel and our rooms were clean, bright, fun and functional. I was impressed by the well thoughg out, creative and comfortable spaces in the hotel. If the mattresses had been more luxurious there wouldn't be a single thing left to improve. Thank you for the excellent service, clean rooms, and fun times. All of the staff went above and beyond in every interaction with our loud snd boisterous family. It was worth every penny to stay here, snd I will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely 10/10! Location could not have been better. Staff were so kind and accommodating. We were able to check into our room SIX HOURS early with no extra charge... I've never had that experience at a hotel. They also stored our bags post-checkout. Will only be staying at Hotel Zed for my future trips to Kelowna. We travelled for my sister's bachelorette and I loved the fun decorations -- it made us feel like we were having a slumber party all weekend.

Our family 2 adults & toddler had a perfect stay here. Cute, comfy room. Funky young ambiance all around the hotel. Nice attention to details that were perfect for kids stickers, comic book, roller skates, foosball lounge. Loved the access to hot tub and all the little cool lounge spaces. The rate was very affordable for downtown Kelowna. Nice and helpful staff. Really happy and this will be our go to when Kelowna!

Incredibly glad we chose Hotel Zed as part of our Christmas holiday road trip. The whole team was welcoming and accommodating, making sure we had an easy and comfortable stay. Christmas eve dinner with the in-laws and our dog in the ping pong lounge? No problem. Thoughtful extras in the room and lobby? Absolutely.nnThey even saved the day when I forgot my toothbrush, and gave us a sweet little gift upon check-in. Would absolutely recommend Zed.
