Comfort Suites Kelowna

Really nice place to stay. Breakfast was included. Rooms have a nice update. Only thing I would change is the comfort of the bed. I’m used to plush, and the beds are semi medium. Hard to keep everyone happy from plush to firm. But I need a nice plush extra soft bed when I travel.

Comfort is not the word I would use to describe my 3 night stay. First arriving, we realized they were under renos as there are multiple shipping containers outside blocking parking spots making finding a parking spot difficult and upon walking in you see a giant white tarp and the smell of drywall dust. All 3 nights there were about 3 to 5 kids running up and down the halls until 11pm no parents with them and starts again at 7am. The walls are very thin with no finishing on any of the walls or under the door so it makes it difficult to rest. I didn't attempt to eat breakfast as it was jam packed with kids and families, but did appreciate the coffee stand outside the breakfast room as the coffee machine in the room doesn't work. Getting back to the room in the morning with hot coffee was a challenge as there was a line of 3 elevators full of people before me. I did ask staff for a stairwell and I was told there wasn't one. The bathtub water is either extremely hot or extremely cold, but it appeared clean. Toilet is cheap and can clog easily. I give one star for the cleanliness, coffee station that was usually stocked, and location is good considering it's on the highway and you can't hear the highway traffic much. For a seniors discount of $800 for 3 nights, I would definitely stay somewhere else to get proper/quiet rest, a decent shower, and a comfortable mattress. If you want cheap and kid friendly and can sleep through kids running down the halls, doors slamming, yelling, crying, and long elevator waits, this place will do. I wish I could include photos of the drywall dust all along the unfinished walls on each floor and the tiny check in area due to the white tarp.

Me and my elderly mom have stayed here 4 years in a row. We always get the accessible suite. The staff here are super accommodating and friendly. The hot breakfast is delicious. The lady who works in the breakfast area remembers us from year to year and always takes time to talk to us!nI highly recommend a stay here . They make you feel like you are right at home !

We are here from Washington to visit family for the weekend. Though the lobby and parts of the hotel are under renovation, it was not an issue for us. My 10 year old daughter and 8 year old nephew greatly enjoyed the water slide and pool. My wife, MIL, and myself enjoyed the hot tub. Our room was a suite to accommodate the 5 of us and it was spacious and very comfortable. There were two teams in house for a sporting event and they were respectful of other guests. This hotel is well managed. We travel a lot and this hotel is beautiful and well kept. No issues other than limited parking due to the storage containers for the renovation occupying a large portion of the parking lot. Forgivable because the quality and service were on point. Definitely recommend this Choice property.

Property is good but poorly managed. The AC vents have so much dust and smell badly when working. Stayed there 3 nights and requested daily for room cleaning but Room service didn't cleaned washroom, room or did the beds. Only trash bin were replaced.nThere is lot of confusion even on pricing of rooms and staff adjusted price after complaint but showed such weird behavior as if doing extra favor for error of their own.nAlso, same breakfast is served daily and there is no change in menu or servings.nnThe pool has over chlorination of water.nnReception guy was running solely and managing even water dispenser for customers. Even water bottle is not provided please ensure to bring own water.nnStay was Far BELOW than expectations as per name of brand.
