Rooms and property were neat and tidy. Staff was incredibly courteous and helpful. One of the staff in the restaurant made a special order at breakfast for my son, who is a picky eater. We were very thankful. The gym had good weights but could use more attachments for the cable machines. Pools and hot tubs were great. The bathroom in the room had a good-sized jetted tub and walk-in shower. Would be nice if the rooms were updated with usb plug-ins. Our stay was enjoyable, and we would definitely return to this hotel on a future trip.
First time in Kelowna and first time at the resort and I must say that the staff here are 10/10. Just amazing customer service and very friendly individuals. They made the stay that much better for me personally. The rooms aren’t something special but they are definitely up to date and clean. Location is fantastic, you are in the heart of downtown and have access to many things around you. When I go back for a personal trip, I’m definitely staying here again.
Have stayed here quite a few times for just a night here and there so have not much used any of the amenities but this is a wonderful property in a great location. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. My most recent stay I was so fortunate to be greeted by Sarah at the front desk. She was so helpful and accommodating, I asked for a room with 2 queens instead of a king and she quickly accomodated my request which ended up being on a higher floor and had a better view. She was so very kind and made me feel like a valued customer even though I had a reduced corporate rate for my room. Appreciate the service and always enjoy my stay.
We had a wonderful stay. Staff were exceptional. They took care of everything and made us feel right at home. I also appreciated the extra attention put into welcoming guests. Restaurant was also good and the location is conveniently next to the lake & near the heart of downtown. Parking in the hotel parkcade was also good with close proximity to the hotel. The only thing that I thought could be improved upon was the actual lighting in the room. Our room only had two lamps to light the entire bedroom and it felt very dark. Aside from that, we were pleased. I feel confident in recommending the Delta Hotel Grand Okanagan Resort and we will return. Thank you!
Very nice room. The grounds are meticulous. Great location with lots of pubs/patios. The hotel restaurant also very good. In my opinion the service staff set this place above. From check in to check out, great job!!
