I had a great experience at Delta Hotels thanks to their amazing staff. I accidentally lost my phone at the pool when it got mixed up with the towels taken by housekeeping. When I informed one of the maintenance staff members who was working near the pool, he was extremely helpful—he even offered me his own phone to try calling mine. When that didn’t work, he immediately informed the housekeeping team.nnAll the staff acted quickly and worked together to help me. A special thanks to the lady from housekeeping who carefully checked the towels and found my phone, and to the maintenance team member Heimar for taking the initiative and coordinating everything.nnI truly appreciate the honesty, teamwork, and kindness shown by the staff. This level of service made a stressful situation much easier, and it really shows how much they care about their guests. Thank you, Delta team!
We had an amazing stay and the service truly stood out. We arrived early and were kindly allowed to check in right away, which was so appreciated. When I realized I had booked the wrong room type, the front desk staff were incredibly accommodating and switched us to a spa tub room at no extra cost.nnLater that evening, my daughter was craving chocolate and everything nearby was closed. The gentleman at the front desk went out of his way to find her a small bag of chips and some Smarties — such a thoughtful gesture.nnEvery staff member we interacted with was friendly, warm, and genuinely caring. One of the best hotel service experiences I’ve had. We will definitely be back.
I recently travelled to this hotel over the weekend for a birthday trip for my spouse. The location is excellent, and after staying at The Royal Kelowna, we thought we would try this property. We booked a King room with a lake view.nThe positives: friendly and hard working staff, comfortable beds, good view lake view room, very clean room and property, pool and hot tub are decent. They provided a bottle of wine and a percentage off the self parking fee as part of the birthday weekend, which was very thoughtful.nThe reasons for the 3 star rating: I upgraded our room to include a jet/whirlpool tub, at $50 extra per night. The jets in the tub did not work, and while the front desk attempted to have them fixed in the morning, they only worked for about a minute and a half and then shut off later that night. I assume the breaker flipped or some kind of malfunction occurred. A percentage off the additional upgrade would have been appreciated, as the tub did not work as advertised. I have read other reviews with the tubs not working, so if this is something you really want, stay at a different property.nThe only other issue, which is not a 'hotel' issue, is that on our second night there, a group of rowdy men were partying all night in the room next to us. We did NOT notify staff, and once I put in earplugs, it was okay; I'm not sure if there are thin walls, etc.nAlthough this property isn't a complete miss, I would most likely spend the $1000 that we spent for two nights at a different property, such as The Royal Kelowna, which was decadent and extremely quiet.
Very good experience in room and restaurant. No carpet in rooms is a personal turn off and subjective comment otherwise would give 5 stars. The restaurant was 5 star breakfast. Experience. Ala carte breakfast very good coffee. Server was very pleasant . I felt she was dressed too casual fir the caliber of restaurant in her leggings but was very efficient. Compliments to chefs. The breakfast had colour ,height and eye appeal. Of course good flavour. I believe I had the avocado eggs and toast ... well done. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. Great view.
Rooms are clean and beds are soft, didn't sleep well in the bed possibly just personal opinion.nnBooked a king room and like many others in this review got 2 queens instead....nnThe hotel is nice looking but the rooms are quite pricey compared to the area, the restaurant is also expensive, close to double what you'll pay anywhere else. They make you pay for parking each night being 35$... which is kind of ridiculous and not mentioned till you get there.nnI recommend looking elsewhere if your looking to save some money
