Have stayed here quite a few times for just a night here and there so have not much used any of the amenities but this is a wonderful property in a great location. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. My most recent stay I was so fortunate to be greeted by Sarah at the front desk. She was so helpful and accommodating, I asked for a room with 2 queens instead of a king and she quickly accomodated my request which ended up being on a higher floor and had a better view. She was so very kind and made me feel like a valued customer even though I had a reduced corporate rate for my room. Appreciate the service and always enjoy my stay.
We had a wonderful stay. Staff were exceptional. They took care of everything and made us feel right at home. I also appreciated the extra attention put into welcoming guests. Restaurant was also good and the location is conveniently next to the lake & near the heart of downtown. Parking in the hotel parkcade was also good with close proximity to the hotel. The only thing that I thought could be improved upon was the actual lighting in the room. Our room only had two lamps to light the entire bedroom and it felt very dark. Aside from that, we were pleased. I feel confident in recommending the Delta Hotel Grand Okanagan Resort and we will return. Thank you!
Very nice room. The grounds are meticulous. Great location with lots of pubs/patios. The hotel restaurant also very good. In my opinion the service staff set this place above. From check in to check out, great job!!
It was my first time staying this beautiful Delta Resort. Felt welcomed by the amiable front desk staff and wanted to send a special thank you to Liam for his great service to accommodate my unplanned adjustment on the reservation. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean with a spectacular mountain and water view from my room. Everything went well and it was a memorable stay. Highly recommended!
Staying at the Delta was a real treat for me and my metal head girlfriends. Very fancy for us, haha. The location is amazing - being right next to Prospera Place. The hotel front desk staff were very kind and accommodating. I love the vitamin cubes they offer you to put in your water. The pool is great. We got to play mermaids. Rooms were clean and updated. I was also nice to have the casnio so close by. The food at the breakfast place was okay. I would recommend the Bohemian Cafe on Bernard St. Lastly, 40$/day for parking is pretty wack... that's why I gave it one less star.
