Location was great. The look of the hotel was really impressive. Fantastic decor and nice finishes. Room was clean and temperature easy to adjust. Didn't enjoy the breakfast as much as other hotels but found the bar menu quite decent. Would stay again if in Kelowna.

Has good service, hotel is always kept nice and clean. Social events are good there conference room are very nice and a decent size.

While In Kelowna, why not give the Coast Capri a try. We spent 2 nights there and really enjoyed our stay. There is an outdoor pool (all year round) and hottub. Adequate gym. Plus your breakfast is included. Eggs, sausages, toast, muffins, fresh fruit, oatmeal, cereals...etc etc. This is way more than a continental breakfast. Starbucks coffee is a bonus too. Anyways, it looks like they just finished a renovation as everything looked new and clean. Our Room was nicely updated. Easy check in and out. Mahalo!

I've stayed in that hotel for a full week. This hotel is better than your average hotel, very nice and cozy rooms, very comfortable beds, and very good breakfasts. I would've given 5 stars if they change the breakfast buffet to offer different food every now and then.

Snowed in during travel from Alberta to WA. Booked via Hotel Tonight. Hella nice staff. Restaurant seems legit. Asked for a newly renovated room, got it. Asked for a king upgrade, got it for nominal fee. Pool and tub look nice. Still here, and expect it to flow nicely. Will change rating if there's an issue, but doubt it.
