Coast Capri Hotel

This hotel is a very comfortable stay. It is clean and all of the staff that we were in contact with were very friendly and helpful.nThe room was spartan, but comfortable. We didn't mind the spartan aspect, as we were really only in the room to sleep.nThe fridge was a nice touch to keep some beverages cold as well.nThe only downside that I can mention is the rooms A/C. When you are trying to go to sleep and it turns on, it sounds like a jet engine every time it cycles. We ended up turning it off at night and leaving the patio door open an inch or so to get cool air in the room overnight.nI would recommend this hotel, and we will stay there again the next time that we visit.

We had a room overlooking the pool. Beware if you are going on a Saturday afternoon from 2 to 5. They have poolside happy hour, which could be fun. Or it could also be full of young boys having a great fun time after their soccer tournament. If this is who you are, you should know that you can even invite guests who aren’t staying at your same hotel between these hours. The DJ music is good, but it’s extremely loud. Even with AirPods and I couldn’t concentrate on my book. They had great poolside service. Keep your eyes pealed for free chairs, it’s very popular.nThere’s a restaurant in the hotel and it’s handy to walk to nearby walking trails or nearby shopping.

What a pleasant surprise staying at the Coast Capri was. The room was generously sized and we loved having a balcony with a view. It property has the wide hallways of an older hotel and we appreciate that. The linens and towels were fresh and crisp. We slept well and had hot showers with good pressure. The catering crew was friendly and efficient. The property is dog friendly, and charge a reasonable $25 per night for their stay. The room rate with our Capri membership was reasonable and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Recommend.

Decent place to stay in Kelowna if you’re looking for affordable. The hotel has a nice lobby and clean rooms, however, it lacks dresser/drawers for your clothes. The front desk and housekeeping staff were also nice to great you every time you walked by. I personally witnessed them shampooing carpets after guests check out so that is appreciated. There is a restaurant and pool area on-site. And guests get 10% off dining and coffee.nnMy only complaint would be the hotel is not in a super nice area and you can see homeless people walking around later in the day. The parking lot doesn’t appear “secure” as it is not gated so anyone can walk in. Try to park in the lot away from the Capri Centre/Square and bus stop as it’s where most of the guests are.

We were in town for a softball tournament. The front desk employee's were so nice. Very welcoming from the moment we walked in. We brought our dog so we got a pet friendly room. It was very spacious and clean. I wish I got all of the front staff's names as they were very sweet. I bet they have to deal with lot's of not so nice people. Thank you for having us!
