Oasis Inn Kelowna

The place had a great location and the rooms were nice! It felt clean. Check in and check out went smoothly. The only thing that bothered me was that the air in the room was very dry. I’d wake up in the morning with a very scratchy throat which would go away in the day! To make the stay even better, I’d suggest providing humidifiers in the room!

Rooms were clean but dated. Beds are hard and lack good bedding. Bathroom has black mold in the caulking around the tub. Fridge smelled of mildew like they turn them off between visits? Good place for $70 a night not $100 plus. Would go else where next time.

If there was a zero option I would choose it. My parents stayed there recently & the room they were given had zero heaters in it. When the front desk was notified they came & looked for heaters in the room. They couldn’t find any & said it was due to that room being prepared for renovations. Then when being asked for a discount or something they were told it was their fault for wanting a ground level room & that he did bring them a portable heater. Not a great way to treat your guests. My parents told me they will NEVER stay there again. Highly not recommend to anyone.

Horrendous place.....dirty and dusty beds are so hard...plus when we booked they failed to mention the fact that there was construction on the road starting at 7pm till 7 am...they dug up the road right outside our hotel room all night!! It shook the whole hotel and the constant beeping of the trucks, Jack hammering was awful. We were in town for a dance competition and we slept for maybe 2 hrs...when I mentioned their lack of transparency they were useless at any type of customer service

Affordable room with broken toilet when you ask them to fix it they ask you to wait until next morning to get it fixed. And in the meantime you have to find nearest public toilets at Macdonalds or gas station. Thank you for your “AFFORDABLE” service.
