Oasis Inn Kelowna

If you go in expecting a 3 star motel you will be more than happy. Friendly staff and a nice pool area. Rooms are clean but you have to request daily maid service. Small but functional bathroom and shower. There’s a guest BBQ on site so you can cook your own dinners. Would stay again without question.Rooms: 3/5

Stayed here for mine and my boyfriends first trip in June! Great staff, great prices from what we could find, and clean and quiet rooms. The AC was phenomenal as well! About a 20 minute walk to the beach too so we got to see all of the shops and whatnot. Also pleasantly surprised about the pool!! We're planning on staying here again this coming summer

So overpriced for what they offer. Rooms were filthy - dirty floors, washroom was nasty there were hairs on the tub and sink, simply disgusting, bedding set was also dirty and stained. I'm pretty sure they didn't clean that room at all since previous clients left and then allocated us there. The room was stinking pretty bad. Very frustrating, specially after a long drive. Very narrow parking spots, but there's plenty of spots available. Front lady was nice and friendly. They have good ac and a nice fridge, but that was the only good things I have to share. Not pet friendly. I wouldn't stay in Oasis Inn again.

I had a wonderful stay at this delightful Inn! It was very clean, well maintained daily and has a great outdoor pool also maintained daily by very diligent staff. The friendly staff were accommodating and helpful. I was delighted to have a stove top and with a nearby grocery store enjoyed the ease of making meals when I didn't want to eat out . This will be my choice of stay on any occasion that I have to go to Kelowna!

Dirty sheets that they said was our fault not getting changed yet no one came to our door and knocked or even when we were gone majority of the day on either of the 2 out of 3 days we were there. Leaking toilet they told us that theyd fix after we left, changed the shower head after he tried to show me it trickling out of the head was good enough and i said i wanted it changed cause no one would be able to shower, but i will say the shower was nice and big. Overall it was not maintained properly and i would avoid at all costs if i were you.

Highly suggest avoiding this place! Room was so dirty. Hair everywhere, updates and deep cleaning really need to be done. Found a Crack pipe on the floor in my room infront of the night stand so clearly the floors weren't even cleaned. When I informed front desk they told me the manager would be in the next day, next day I went to speak with the manager, front desk said the manager is upstairs resting and can't come speak with me, they came to clean the room and upon returning the Crack pipe was still there. The staff did absolutely nothing to help fix anything or compensate.

Room wasn't bad. In need of some updating for sure BUT a week after my stay they charged my credit card a second time. I have now paid double and still trying to get it tesolved. Everytime I call there is always someone else they have to talk to. Very frustrating. Be very careful staying here.Rooms: 2/5

Nice & clean motel with good wifi, easy parking, and it is a 6 minutes drive from downtown . A great price for our 3 day stay. Our little one loved the pool. Will definitely keep this place on my list of places to stay in KelownaRooms: 4/5

The rooms very quite dirty and dated, the bathroom especially. The bedsheets were not clean. It was also very loud at night in the parking lot. Perks were that the AC worked well, and the front desk staff were very nice to deal with.Rooms: 2/5

Used Visa Debit online to reserve booking, then used Mastercard to pay in person since the clerk said we could not use the visa debit for the deposit. Came home to find that both cards have been charged the full amount. When we call to let them know and ask for a refund, they insist that they only ever had or charged one card. They then told Expedia that we were only charged once, even though we showed proof. Was happy with the room, but very unhappy with the theft and lack of customer service.
