Stay away. They cannot manage their appointments properly. The point of having an appointment is so that people can manage their schedules efficiently. If a customer takes the trouble of taking time off from work, she should not be expected to sit at the salon and wait, wait and wait ... when no one bothered to explain why they are running so late. Worst customer service and front desk ever. There are plenty of nice salons in town, no need to waste time here

I had the best experience here. The place is adorable, the atmosphere is very welcoming, and my stylist did a phenomenal job on my hair. I just got a cut this time around, but will absolutely be returning in the future to get my colour done. Thank you so much!
