ISO Spa - Float Tank Therapy Ottawa

ISO spa is very clean and professionally managed. The atmosphere is inviting and the owners are very friendly, knowledgeable and care about your experience. The float rooms are clean, roomy and comfortable. I trusted that the tank was filtered and hygienic when I stepped into it. There is a lounge area that is fresh and comfortable where you can enjoy a cold crisp glass of lemon infused water and flip through an interesting book before and/or after your float. The online booking tool is really convenient and easy - they have 4 tanks so it's easy to get an appointment time. I have been and will continue to be a returning customer.

Iso Spa is my gift to myself when I need self care or want to reward myself for a milestone reached or an accomplishment. Is is tranquil and rejuvenating and yet I always come away with new ideas and perspectives. Physically the spa is welcoming, well laid out and spotless. The staff are always pleasant and kind but not overly familiar or intrusive

Not one who is able to sit for very long, I never thought that I would be able to lie in a pool of water for any length of time but I was wrong. It is such a wonderful experience. Every time that I come out of the float I feel refreshed and relaxed. My skin feels great. A fantastic way to spend an hour to rejuvenate the body.

This is the third or fourth time I've been to ISO Spa. Beautiful place, very welcoming, and the float tank is amazing. the first time was experimentation and each of the other times have been so relaxing ... falling asleep relaxing. It's warm, quiet, and perfect. Can't wait until my next trip over to ISO Spa.

Great place to go to unwind. Very relaxing and offered in your own clean private room. A very good alternative to a massage. The pods are big enough to avoid feeling claustrophobic (that you can keep open or closed). Plus, there's an optional blue light to turn on or off inside, at your convenience. A soft music starts and ends your experience in a gentle manner. They have free parking, which is a major plus. All in all, my first experience was positive, and I will be returning. Just don't forget to turn off your shower light, as the glare will be seen through the cracks of your pod. Otherwise, enjoy!
