I have had the pleasure of getting many services at Sophia Esthetic, some of which include waxing, facials, laser hair removal and electrolysis. The service provided to the clients of this business is OUTSTANDING! From their friendly greetings on arrival, delicious coffee or a glass of water when requested, to the wonderful care they provide during their services, it's my absolute favourite spa in Ottawa. More important even than client service is the cleanliness of the spa. There is no double dipping in the wax, they use sterile tools and their rooms are extremely clean. This was very important to me given the fact that I receive medical grade facials and services. Thank you to the Sophia Esthetic team for providing such a wonderful, clean environment and outstanding services.

Two days ago, I had permanent make up applied to my eyebrows by Sophia. She did a wonderful job, her vast experience is shown in every stroke, every little line she does. Her work is simply perfection. Sophia is one of the best cosmetologist in Ottawa and Sophia Esthetics one of the best spas.

Sophia Esthetic is always clean and smells fresh when you walk in. I am always happy with my experience with Bianca. I have been seeing her for years and have referred others who continued to pay for her services. They offer student discount as well.

I've been going here for waxing on occasion for ten years. The first time was great but the last two were horrible. At the latest waxing, I suffered burns across my body because the wax was way too hot. To make things worse, the strips weren't even pressed down so it only broke all the hair like a bad shave. Complete regrowth the next day. By far the most painful wax I've ever had. Never going here again. Huge $200 mistake.
