I’ve gotten my nails done enough times here to know that they definitely deserve five stars!! All the girls who have done my nails before are very kind, attentive, listen to what I want and do an incredible job. I always get shellac done, both manicures and pedicures and every time it always turns out great, and lasts way longer than any other nail salon I’ve gone to in Ottawa before I need to ever get them redone. Highly recommend!

The younger tech was really sweet and understood what I wanted. The older guy who actually did my nails was frustrated with me because HE couldn't understand what I wanted which was a certain shape for my nails. He made the process very unpleasant and I would reccomend they teach the younger tech how to do nails. Hes much more patient and very kind. The tip I left was for him but I'm sure the other guy took it all. He seemed the type. I wont go there again unless the younger one is doing the actual work. Too bad...the older guy ruined a would be repeat customer.

Honestly I’ve tried liking this place over and over. Because it’s convenient to go for a quick mani or pedi on my lunch break. But it’s really not it. My recent pedicure they did not even put any pink or nude shade which they’re supposed to for a French manicure they just used clear coat but then wiped even most of that off when she cleaned up the tips! when they said I was done, my toes were basically bare with white tips, no shine except for the big toe i was like you put the top coat? They’re like yeah!! But when I look closely you can clearly see the nail is bare. I feel bad because she spent time on the trimming and gave a nice massage treatment.. but I still just left feeling so disappointed with the end result.

Went here for my first time getting my nails done. They were very informative and welcoming. Very clean and cute place! They did a great job with the manicure and shellac. Service was quick but still very detail-oriented. Would definitely come again!

Good for a low end nail salon. It's really small so try and make an appointment beforehand. My friend and I were willing to wait until they weren't busy but they rushed us and we did our nails at separate times one of us sat in the predicure chair. Got shellac: uneven layers, and my nails started chipping the day after and are now peeling a week later. It was only 20$ which is very cheap so that's a plus. Good for cheap and quick, just not the best quality.
